Funny enough I almost canceled this company from coming out to give me an estimate. I had received 5 estimates already but thought, okay what's one more. And I am glad that I did. While the company didn't give me the cheapest estimate, it was a fair estimate because I was getting a better unit for my money. On the day the unit was to be installed, the company sent two technicians. They showed up on time, were extremely courteous and kept everything clean when installing the air handler inside my condo. I hardly knew they were there and was able to continue working from home as if nothing was going on. The manager called a few days later to check on the service and the owner called to let me know when the inspector would be out.

This is a good company. They are always on time and know what they need to do. They are neat and clean up is great. I would highly recommend them and have to several others. I am happy with their work.

It went fine. They cleaned up well after themselves. They were friendly. They told me a time frame it would take for the work to be done and they were able to do it in that time frame.

ROME AND HIS CREW ARE EXTREMELY RELIABLE AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL. THE SERVICEMAN WAS RESPECTFUL AND HONEST. ANY QUESTIONS I ASKED HE EXPLAINED HIS ANSWERS IN DETAIL. THE PRICE WAS INEXPENSIVE ALSO. MY AIR CIRCULATES MUCH BETTER.
