Concrete Pool Installation
Romance pools was absolutely amazing to work with. They made my dream backyard come to life. And made the whole process seamless, when I was already very nervous about doing such a big job. Amazing!

My pool has had leaks from the beginning. I just called them for the 4th time. They are awful. This whole project was a mess from the beginning. Christian the owner, has not fixed the problem. I am now seeing on this site that a Michael is having the same problem. Stay far away from this company.

Romance pools designed, added a built in jacuzzi, changed to salt water, redid pool surface and tile work, and installed all new travertine decking and a side patio. Kristian is truly top notch regarding his knowledge, availability, customer service, professionalism, follow up, etc. Dawson cleans our pool every week. He is always right on schedule, very polite and professional, and does an amazing job cleaning and maintains our pool/jacuzzi.

I was left with my pool leaking. My son found the leak and when I asked to purchase some materials from him to fill it, he said he would do it for me he did not and I never heard from him again!

They did everything they said they would do and did it in a week. I look at every detail and there was nothing to complained about. They were responsive to every question and responded rapidly. Never had a concern. They were all very friendly. Highly recommend.

job did not come out as well as i would have hoped....workers were nice and helpful but owner Kristian did not even come by after job was finished to see it complete and bottom of pool has shades of white and blue which i do not like

"Hello, Richard and thank you for the review. I did actually come to the job right after the resurfacing was finished and met with your wife. She explained that the pool looked great and she was very happy. Since we used a darker blue plaster on your pool, it is common if inconsistency or variation is present in the plaster. I have not heard anything from you guys, except for this review. I will be happy to come out and take a look at the pool and will immediately resolve if there are any issues.
