 + -1 moreIt went great. I do work for Molly & Me as well as many other property management companies. The difference is the personal involvement. I don't run into a lot of surprises with this company so the job goes much smoother than usual. I wish I had more customers like Molly & Me.
Description of Work: I replaced all the kitchen hinges for a client of theirs. The information I received was accurate and concise, and the space was prepared and there were no surprises for the customer or me.

 + -1 moreI'm very pleased with the services offered by this company. It gives me great peace of mind to know I have someone to call and deal with house issues even though I am thousands of miles away!
Description of Work: Victoria's services are amazing - I travel quite a bit and was always a bit nervous about just leaving the house - but at the same time, not wanting to hire a 'housesitter'...this is the perfect solution. Victoria is prompt and trustworthy - she goes above and beyond - coordinating cleaners to come before my arrival, getting basics in the fridge, so I am up and running right away. She is extremely responsive and was also able to coordinate and let my pest control guy in while I was away- and upon request - just simply dropping by to check on the house. I recommended Victoria to a friend who needed the entire interior of her house painted - but was out of the country and couldn't supervise the project herself - Victoria dealt with letting the painters in, made sure they did what they promised - with photo updates and everything! My friend was incredibly satisfied!
