Keystone Properties

I have several points of complaints. 1. Lack of security cameras downstairs. The formal cleaning people were harassing me and my neighbor and kept throwing stuff on our car and broke 2 motorcycle handles off. 2. The cleaning people had keys to all the apartments and broke into my apartment 2 times. The landlord was not supportive at all, tried to turn it on me, he lied, said he was going change the locks but never did. The people that broke in killed cats and splashed blood on my walls. 3.The landlord Richard Malcy tells you one thing and does another. He lies alot! The last time my husband and I sent our two separate checks. Well he called me and said my check bounced. I had to go to get a cashiers check and pay him. He then called a couple weeks later and said no it was not my check it was my husbands and he wanted $15 for the bounced check. Well we paid him but he also cashed my check and took the cashiers check. Then my check bounced because I had taken the money out for the cashiers check then he wanted $15 for that and then I was charged $25 from my bank. the landlord also did not change locks and had me waiting for three weeks. And during that time is when the blood on the wall incident happened. He then tried to turn that around on me. I had to pay $200 to change my own locks and refused to give him a key. 4. He does not keep up the place well. On Christmas of 2010 my husband purchased a turkey and we tried to cook it. Well it was in the oven for 4-5 hours and it was still frozen. He said the oven is not suppose to be for people that do major cooking. Also the refrigerator leaks and makes a really loud banging noise. 5. This month we were like a day late for the rent and he put a 3day notice to vacate the property. He used to work with you if you were a little bit late but not anymore. 6. The president of the condo association Mike Reap is rude. He screams and yells at people, cusses at them, there is a older lady that is a holocaust survivor and he screamed at her and told her to go a nursing home and die.
