We've been using them about four or five years. What I like about Dr. Phillips is his professionalism, care and he tends to my pet is what I like. You can get an appointment very quickly, especially if it's an emergency.

They are pretty expensive. It can be anywhere from $95 to $450, depends on what they are doing. They have taken care of every pet I have ever had. We started with the mom and then when the son took over. We have had no complaints.

My chihuahua was acting funny on Halloween, not like himself and very a lethargic and a sure sign something was wrong. We took him to Cole the following week and were very pleased with the doctor. Unlike other vets, he did not try to sell us on extra services. He diagnosed the problem, and administered a shot (and very painlessly too!) and prescribed something to help. He went over the issues in detail and gave us advice on what to do. It was a great experience.
