Owner/ cleaner was going to be 1/2 hour late but wife called to keep me informed. Equipment is all top notch and can really "steam" clean your carpets. The carpeting is 8 years old but the owner managed to get bedroom #1 very clean (5/5 stars) and the second bedroom with a dirt trail (4.5/5.0 stars). The owner also is an avid bagpipe player. If you ask, he will be happy to show you all the intricate details and play a tune or two. I would definitely use again. Although I did not request the service, he will also clean tile. Based on his carpet cleaning skills, I would imagine he does this well, too.

Outstanding! Arrived early & quoted first. Made sure I was comfortable before Brock started. Excellent job & took care of all my clng. Needs! Toni was spot on when I made the appt. They go out of there ways.
