So far all is well. They arranged for a certified analyst to access the issue. Gave me a quote, have completed the work and have stuck to the agreed upon timeline.

So horrible! I gave Chris Stevens a $1600 carpet to clean, in which he said he could and he absolutely RUINED it! There were tiny rips and strains after he “tried to clean” then ignored my calls for 3 MONTHS!
