Description of Work: I had an overflowing toilet problem and couldn't turn off the water valve (it was tightly stuck). The repairman arrived as scheduled and proceded to snake the toilet. The broken valve was also replaced. At first, I thought the charge was quite excessive but when they explained the charges to me, I understood why. I purchased a service contract with Briggs so that if I should have another problem, my bill would be significantly lower. So far, everything's working properly so I'm happy. But the servicemen were very nice (especially when I questioned the cost of the repairs).
