Technician was on-time and quickly addressed my concerns, provided me with a pricing schedule of the repair work that would need to be completed & answered all of my questions. I plan on installing a new hot water heater in the near future and will be definitely using them again.

"[member name removed], Upon reading your review I became highly concerned. I searched our database for your name & address neither of which are on file. We have had another company using our "name". Their company has been reported for this to the Sate of Florida, their company has our same initials and have actually posted ads using our name with their phone number and they will openly state they represent Briggs Plumbing Inc. Our service fee is a standard set price which is quoted prior to arrival as $45, If we perform any work we waive this and only charge for repairs that are made. If you would be so kind to submit any documentation that was given to you at the time of service to Briggsplumbing@gmail. It would be greatly appreciated. It also allows me to research it in our database (just in case it was one of our service technicians that you experienced bad service with) Our deepest apologies, Claudia"

"We make every effort to complete all work to the highest standards. We were unaware that you have had continued problems at your residence. Per our records for this address we last serviced it in 11/2007. I am unsure of what the problem is regarding the shower pan? We never completed a shower pan test or repair. We did complete work on the toilet in October of 2007 and was not made aware of any additional problems or concerns when we installed a faucet in November 2007. If you ever have a problem or concern PLEASE call us so we can correct.any problems in a timely manner."

I quickly called a plumber that I have used in the past and I could not get a hold of him. I looked in the phone book and called Briggs Plumbing and I got someone from their company before the storm had passed. I had no connections with them after that since the cell phone towers had been knocked down. They told me they would be here at 6:00pm and they were. They came to me right away and they did a good job. Since they have fixed that in 2005, I have not had any issue since.

I liked him and his services. I have not needed a plumber in the past couple of years, but I remember everything was good. I was pleased to start doing work with him. His pricing was reasonable and I was not bothered by it. I recommended him to a neighbor who used him as well.

They did okay, but they were expensive. Two plumbers came out and it took them a long time, since they did not have the part that they needed, so they had to run to the store to get that.

The company was polite, prompt and professional. The plumber showed up within the time frame they stated, on the date I requested it. I was quite disappointed by the price of the job and I do not see their stated Angie's list member discount reflected on the invoice. The cost of the job was about $50 to $100 over what other plumbers I called had quoted, however the other plumbers could not perform the work when I requested. To be fair, I could have received a small discount of about $40 if I purchased a 'service contract' for $99 good for 1 year. Really? Over $400? That was out of the question. But because I had a leak, I work full time, long hours, and I did not have the option to wait any longer to fix the problem, I had to select a company that would get the job done promptly. Which they did. But I paid for that for sure. I would use them again if I had to, but I would be hesitant because of the price.

Briggs Plumbing is always on time and responds to emergencies quickly. The are always professional and efficient.

He did a good work but he was too expensive. I had to make a change because he charges $200. I had to change because he spends about 20 minutes. He came recommended. He was in and out. $200 for 20 minutes is a lot of money. He was good. He came and he did a good work. I have no problems there. I just thought he could have done the job for maybe $100 - $150. $200 shocked me. The rest was fine. It was a very basic plumbing work that he did. They came pretty quick the next day. He was professional. I wouldn't use him again in the future.
