Our service fee is a standard set price which is quoted prior to arrival as $45, If we perform any work we waive this and only charge for repairs that are made. "We make every effort to complete all work to the highest standards. We were unaware that you have had continued problems at your residence. Per our records for this address we last serviced it in 11/2007. I am unsure of what the problem is regarding the shower pan? We never completed a shower pan test or repair. We did complete work on the toilet in October of 2007 and was not made aware of any additional problems or concerns when we installed a faucet in November 2007. If you ever have a problem or concern PLEASE call us so we can correct.any problems in a timely manner."
