"I'm sorry that you had a D experience with my electrician. My electrician tells me that you gave him a tip the very first day that he was there, thank you for acknowledging his hard work. All of my electrician are very hard workers and we all train on a daily base. In order to work for my company they must be licensed electrician, passed a drug test and a background check. I don't mess around with electrical and I trust every one of them to be the best at what they do. As far as not passing the inspection the very first time got to do with a missed read electrical code article. This code article falls on a grey area, the reason why we left the electrical wire as #12 is because, in the electrical code this wire is good up to 25amp, but normally we only use it for 20amp circuit. When we replaced the breaker to a 25amp due to the up sized water heater, we were in the impression that keeping the size 12 wire was sufficient. Due to the grey area of this code article the city that you live in interpret the article to replace the wire. There would of been no harm in leaving the wire as is but they wanted to replace it anyway. I am sorry to hear that you won't contact us but have in concederation that our work is excellent and professional."
"Thank you for your review we do our best to get an A, but want to tell you about my company. All of my electrician are very hard workers and we all train on a daily base. In order to work for my company they must be licensed electrician, passed a drug test and a background check. I don't mess around with electrical and I trust every one of them to be the best at what they do. If there is anything that we can do to get a AAA on all of the quality please let us know. again thank you for your review."

"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for the positive review, im glad that you had a professional job done by our electrician. We try our hardest to be the best in the industry."
"The issue came when you hired a non electrician (handyman) to do your electrical work around your house, and call us to fix the mess that he did. In order to do it correctly we would need to spend at least 3 hour fixing and trouble shoot your electrical. If you want to do it right the first time please call an electrician not a handyman. We would love to fix your issue but it's not going to be for free. I believe that $180 is very reasonable."
