Called to set up an appointment, showed up on time and did an outstanding job.  He was ver careful in moving the items on the patio,.  I would very much like to recommend him and his service.

Steve was very quick to respond with a date to come over and clean gutters.  Steve did a very good job.  He cleaned out the gutters with a hose and then scrubbed the gutters with a brush to clean them.

I was very happy with his service and would use him again.

Steve arrived on time and we had a list of items we were hoping he could tackle.  The Big Deal was for 700sf of power washing.  (We were prepared to pay him for the extra square footage, but he refused our offer).   We showed him the wall area behind our grill where smoke and grease collects, a place on the deck where an outdoor rug made marks on the patio bricks and the pool coping. This was in addition to the 700sf of white patio bricks.  Originally, the rug marks and "smoky" area behind the grill were tough.  But Steve mentioned he was going to a convention and would be able to purchase a more concentrated cleaner to tackle those areas.

Steve made a new appointment time with us for the following week (after the convention) and showed up with the new concentrate.  He worked the entire area over again and was able to clean up the pool coping as well.  Again, he came back on a no charge basis.  We appreciated his efforts, the white patio bricks look like new and the coping shines again.

We also appreciated his timeliness, follow up on the second appointment and his quality of work.  If we could give him an A+ we would.

after we scheduled this service, we got a flier for someone less expensive by 30%....we don't know if they would have done the same job or not.  Be sure to know your roof square footage when you get the quotes.  They did the work as advertised.

He performed an excellent jog. The concrete was cleaner than when performed by others. He also returned in a few days to clean the puddle area.  I was surprised and impressed.

All American immediately set up date and time for service and followed up with a reminder.  The gentleman arrived promptly and let me know that an extra $50 would be charged as my roof surface area is over 2000 sq. ft.  He finished the job in 2.5 hours and let me know what to expect.  No plants were killed in the process and the roof is shiny white again to the delight of my HOA.

The service was excellent. Did a great job!

Called this provider over a week ago for pressure washing services. 
They were supposed to come to the house for an estimate.  They never
called, never came by.  Not dependable.

It went as expected. Steve arrived early for the job. I explained what I wanted to have done and he said he believed the area I wanted taken care of fell within the square footage that was part of the deal being offered. He was very through in doing the work required -- moving trash bins and so forth and then putting everything back in its place when he was finished. I don't think the pavers and the walkway have ever looked as good as they do now!

He was very good about prompt email communication and also showed up at the precise scheduled time. He works quickly and efficiently. He clearly has the right equipment for this job. I recommend his services.

Steve the owner did all the things you expect from a service provider for your home: Responded to messages and phone calls timely. Performed the services purchased, fair price, professional manner, and a quality job. Arrived early, cleaned up the area when he was finished. A true professional.
