A little bumpy

Initial mis-communication on the start date.

Missed correct location of 1 new thermostat.

Initially had 2 zones controls crossed up.

Missed installing one new duct.

Making correction took three return visits but they hung with it and were very apologetic.

 adding 2 new thermostats


System upgrade was a huge benefit to controlling the temperature in various areas of the house independently.

They knew what to do and even went the extra mile and called manufacture to get a new burner at no cost to me; since my warranty had expired less than a week prior to problem that was a great service.

They have not been bad, but I am going to switch to another service provider. They are not bad. They have done their job, but I like the other service provider and he got a better price. I have two air conditioners and the cost was like 200 bucks an air conditioner so it was 400 bucks a year. They are good. They are prompt and they do their job. I do not have a problem with them, but in here, their price keeps going up and that bothers me a little bit. If you are willing to be their customer, I think they should maintain the price, pass it on to the new customers, and not stick it to the old one or do not jack it up so much. I just think that is a bit much. They are losing me. I am going to another service provider. The last time they were here, I had an air conditioner that was making a lot of noise so I called them up. They came out and it just took them a while to get it done. One guy said that he did not have to do it, but he was going to send another guy. The other guy came out. They kept passing it back and forth. They finally did set. I told them that they were not going to charge me for more than one call I hoped. He said that they were not going to do that and they did not, but I just think it could have gone a little smoother. They are professional.

When I had a problem, they came out quickly and took care of it. The last free check up that is stated will be on June next year but they said they can extend it for three months.

Replaced a starter. Second call in four months. Previous call also required equipment replacement. Both times fixed problem, but cost of service call is excessive compared to other providers. When that was pointed out to the service person, he responded by saying that others often get their money by replacing parts that don't require replacing. Would most likely use them again, but not without first discussing the cost for just showing up.

I sent them an Email outligning 5 requirements, 2 of which were things they profess they do. After a few days when I didn' get a response, I called them. The resetionist said they hadn't noticed my Email, spo I spelled out my requirements. No one ever called me. I found wes on craigslist who came over immediately and did a fine repair so cheaply that I felt copeled to give him a %0% tip.

Initial diagnosis on December 23 then returned to repair on December 30. Repair was completed in a timely manner and brought back a new filter. Have not had any issues since.

We had used Grande Aire previously when our house was under warranty and they did a good job. However, when our A/C needed some work, we went to a Home Depot reccomended contractor AA Temperature. They did fine the first go around hoping that we would use them to buy the 2nd half of the unit. I called then, when the unit began to leak they and tried to gouge me (female) on a 16 seer Trane unit that wasn't even compatable with the componants they had sold us previously. Grande came to the rescue! Not only was the system half the price of what the other company quoted me, they corrected the mess made by AA Temp. Thank you Grande! I am so sorry that it took me so long to write this up.

Not leaving you any more!

I would recommend them. I have an annual maintenance agreement. I pay $200 a year and they come twice a year. I've been doing business with them since 2004. I bought a new heater and heat pump from them. They handle all my maintenance on my full heating system and air conditioning system. They are highly professional, well trained and punctual. They go over and above. My air conditioner went out 4 years ago over the July 4th weekend and they actually came out that weekend and set up an air conditioner to use until they could get me a new unit in. That was quite a deal. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and punctual. They are a top notch company and they go above and beyond on customer service. They are the best company I've ever dealt with.
