Worst service ever! Spin cycle not working,he came and guessed on needed repairs. After 2months and 3hundred dollars later, still not repaired. I finally purchased a new unit. I was told I would get a partial refund, never received anything. The machine was only 2 years old, so parts were available. Don't use this person or buy Samsung

found that the lower cube unit still did not work he ordered new unit no ser call chg and will put in at no chg very fair

First service was on 10/20 installed some new parts but said would have to order more, charged $159. Came back about 10 days later, installed ordered parts, still doesn't work. Had to order more parts, came back and installed those parts, charged $110. Run one load of clothes and quit. Bottom line after 5 weeks and $270 still don't have a washer. Now he won't even answer my calls. Guess I'll have buy a new washer and try to get my money back maybye thru a small claims court. Nice fella but not competent. \

Wilfredo Valentin troubleshot my refrigerator and replaced the cooling fan that comes with a thermostat and defrosts control. It was expensive, he came back a week later and installed the part, but that did not solve the problem and my bill was already $365.00 He left again, and while I was not looking he took the fan assembly and put it in his bag. When I noticed it missing and that he took it I thought that he took it because it was still good since it did not solve the problem. He never showed up on the agreed date. I called him and he said he was having family issues and we set another date. He showed up this time and after about three hours he found a diode that was between the control panel and the fan assemble. It was a diode which cost maybe .fifty cents. He replaced this and the problem was fixed. He asked me for more money, I'm 72 years old and live alone and I was afraid of this man. So I paid him. After he left I noticed that the electrical diagram which was in the hinge cover of the refrigerator was missing. I knew he took it because it was right there on the table. I called him up and ask him to please return it. He said he would, but I never heard from him again. He seemed like a nice man, but I paid $365.00 for him to replace a fifty-cent diode which took him five minutes. I'm on a fixed income and its very small. This made it very, very hard for me to pay my bills. I don't see how I will ever trust anyone to do a repair for me again. Even if they have recommendations.
