Sterling did good work.  He was pleasant, fairly punctual, knowledgeable, and didn't need much supervision.

DIHS LLC was great from day one. I contacted them and received a response from Sead within an hour or two. I asked him if he could install soundproofing drywall between our unit and the neighbors and also apply noise dampening glue. He said that it wouldn't be a problem and that once I had procured materials, he'd start working. We agreed on a rate of 800 dollars for the whole job. 
I received the materials July 15 and contacted him that day, he responded same day and we scheduled for July 18 at 8:00am. He and one of his guys, Tony, showed up at 8am on the dot. Promptness is very much appreciated. Tony got to work immediately and knew what he was doing. I offered to help him get the drywall into place along with apply the caulking. He was very appreciative of that, too. Overall, Tony did a great job! Took him 2 days to hang two full walls' worth of drywall and smooth them out. They were done by a professional and it shows. 
Sead inquired late this afternoon regarding my happiness about the whole job and I am definitely happy with the outcome.  Sead and his crew are trustworthy, knowledgeable guys and they definitely get my recommendation.

Sead was quick to respond to my e-mail via Angie's List, was punctual when he visited the jobsite to provide an estimate, was courteous, pleasant and professional throughout the site visit and in our various e-mail communications.  He was also prompt in providing his written estimate which seems reasonable (labor only) for the time involved and the scope of work.  I am scheduled to have him do the work later this month, pending a reference check.  I'm awaiting the contact info from him for two or three recent references for whom he's done similar work.  I'm optimistic all will move forward smoothly but I will report back later with updates/final review.

The response was excellent, the work done well; the individual with whom we had contact was appropriately dressed, pleasant and knowledgeable. The price included the trip to our apt, and return of the finished drawer. Their information from their site said there was a 10% senior discount which was not mentioned. The price of $200 seemed to us to be somewhat high but they rebuilt the drawer and did not merely repair it. If we were to use this company again, we would get more information up front but we did not have contact info prior to the workman coming to look at the drawer and give an estimate. However the work was quite competent.

Update: I subsequently received a check from the company for the senior discount. I appreciated their following up and would certainly use them again if I need work done. They have very professional.

Communication was smooth and efficient. Sead arrived right on time to do the estimate and his workman arrived promptly as scheduled to begin the job. He did an excellent job. I'm very satisfied with the work and already discussed other jobs for DIHS in the future. Highly recommended.

I wrote to DIHS LLC on June 14th and in less than one hour I received a response. They were willing to come perform the work ASAP and were willing to be flexible with the strict rules of the residential building in South Florida. The employee who came to perform the work was very nice and professional and did an amazing job.
Prior to contacting DIHS LLC I had spoken to other handymen who were unreliable and unprofessional. I was extremely impressed with the service and quality of work and eagerness to get the job done within two days. I would 100% contact them in the future and I will refer them to friends/anyone who is looking for a handyman.

Sead is bar-none, the best contractor I've ever had. Punctual, committed, perfectionist, he will not lie to you, and will get the job done. Its very hard to find someone with his moral fiber, knowledge and talent. His true talent is in designing and installing kitchens, he did a spectacular remodel job on ours, but he's a driven professional on electrical, plumbing, painting, patching and anything else you need.
If you're tired of having contractors/handymen in the South Florida disappoint you, you need to call Sead right away, he will take exceptionally good care of you,

We are extremely pleased with our new space and will definitely call Sead again.  Sead was able to find ways to save on costs, utilize what already exists, and very importantly finish quickly. A quick remodel was important to us because without the business being open no money is coming in.

I would give Sead my highest recommendation. He is very skilled and detailed.  He worked on various projects throughout our home (kitchen remodeling, painting, tile work... ). The service was prompt-efficient-professional. I could not ask for a better performance--work was excellent.
