"Thank you for your feedback. We apologize there was a confusion while scheduling your appointment. We explained to the client that we do not provide services on the weekends (info listed on our profile ). The appointments for that day were scheduled based on city and client was also scheduled according the city shown on her PO Box (listed on her Angie's List profile). We tried to call to obtain her physical address but her phone was disconnected. An e-mail was sent to her and she replied with the updated address. Unfortunately, we had two other appointments the day of the cleaning and client's new address was away from the area in which we were proving our services. We explained to the client the reason why we could not provide the service that day and offered to reschedule but she decided not to do it since she was not able to take another day off of work. Client bought the deal from Angie's List and mentioned that she was going to request her money back since service was never provided; we advised her to either do that or reschedule with us. Everything seemed to be ok over the phone and she even apologized to us for not taking the time to update her phone number and physical address on her profile. Unfortunately, it seems that client wasn't satisfied with the outcome even though we tried to find ways to solve the inconvenience ."
"The appointment was scheduled at 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM (arriving time) on July 13th. We arrived couple of minutes before 1 PM since our previous job was completed early and we were only few minutes away from the homeowner's residence. He wasn't at home and we were received by his mother in law, who was not aware of the cleaning appointment. She made us wait outside for several minutes until she called the homeowner to give us the access to do our job. He purchased the "Big Deal" from Angie's List for $75.00 and NOT $100.00 as he stated in the review, and our company only earns a percentage of that amount. Also, the homeowner's wife called to give us instructions for the cleaning and we suggested to specify the areas in which we should focus our job on, since the service was limited to a two-hour cleaning. She told us to cover baths, kitchen and living room. Our company not only deep cleaned the three bathrooms (with a master in bad condition); we also steam cleaned and sanitized the floors in all three baths and kitchen, dusted and shined furniture, cleaned countertops and sinks (dishes not included with the "Big Deal"), did a little extra by cleaning glass sliding doors, vacuumed under the couches (as requested by owner's mother in law), living room, dining room, kid's play area, picked up and organized items left on the floor and much more. Yes, our service with two cleaners did all that within the two hour service and NOT only three bathrooms. Remember, each house is different depending its condition and we appreciate every client's feedback based on the truth."

As we spoke the day we provided the service, our GPS could not locate your address accurately, so we ended up arriving to a different location twenty five minutes away from yours. We apologized to you for the inconvenience and you also agreed with us that the avenue in which you live tend to be confusing due to its repetitive name in some other parts of the city. Regardless of our conversation, we took responsibility for that involuntary incident. For that reason and as a gesture of apology, we decided to stay longer and offer you a better service than the one you'd purchased from Angie's List. As a reminder, you had purchased the "Big Deal" directly from Angie's List; with a cost of $75.00 for a four hour labor (1 person) or two hour Labor (2 people)-PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DEAL- We were two people supposed to provide a two hour service and NOT four. Overall, you were given a better service with NO extra charge. As a suggestion, you should always read the terms and conditions of what the "Big Deal” service involves and purchase it only if you are completely satisfied with the price.
