I cannot emphasize enough the absolute horror that I experienced with this company. Rami Argov came across polite and knowledgeable, but is truly nothing shy of a thief. He will promise you professional work, but unfortunately, due to his absolute lack of concept of the definition, affords you only utter disappointment for falling prey to nothing other than a con. BTW, he also claims to be a GC. He left our job midway, but not before asking for more money. He left our home completely turned upside down. It's easier to movein to a home than to deal with the utter disaster He has left our home. I URGE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE OR BE READY TO SUE HIM FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING.â

I should have taken heed to the negative reviews. owner over promises to get your business, makes you feel false confidence that he is 99% certain insurance will take care of claim in order to get you to agree to his extremely high prices and backtracks later on with everything that was said. prices are super steep and he says insurances will pay it back so dont worry about his high prices, if you put a claim in first it will take a long time to get approved. first contract said 'remove mold from whole home'. after a half days work he almost doubled the bill to include areas he turned the blind eye to initially he could come back and double dip. then to come back wasnt until days later. and his reconstruction again wasnt untill days later. it was a long process. owner is very nice and knows how to talk you into doing business and tell you everything is going to be ok. now he took almost $10k to peel up some baseboards, razor blade out some dry wall, pull up some vinyl floor, wipe some surfaces down. labor i could have paid $100 a day for..maybe a few hundred total. but he insisted on the high price when he knew he could talk me into it because i had 'mold coverage insruance' for 10k i showed him his eyes lit up and talked me into doing the job, promising we can even get extra money for the reconstruction to replace everything touched by the damage. when the job was finished i asked can i get that special 'insurance jargon' paper and he said oh thats going to be extra we have to bring in another company and pay them x amount of dollars to do that. another misleading promise made before job started, and i can name more. well here i am about $17k out of pocket, with a denied claim when on the front end it was made to seem like roses and butterflies with a high certainty of reimbursement. as job progressed bill went up and confidence went down when he got my $

they where very professional and they very very clean in there work, they cleaned up any mess that was created by the job. very happy with there workmanship.

There were a few issues I had with this company. Rami promised to include cleaning my A/C coils, which was a problem getting done. The technician didn't know anything about doing that portion of the job. He wanted to take pictures and not do the actual cleaning of the coils. The technician missed a huge portion of the treatment area. After he left the first day, I contacted Rami to let him know of the area missed. The next day the tech did not bring the chemicals needed to complete the day 1 part of the job. There was also a problem with the scheduling. When I gave the deposit he scheduled me for for Thursday and Friday. After the work was done on Thursday, the tech told me he couldn't come back until Monday. I had already taken time off from work to be here the two days we agreed upon. He gave no notice that this schedule could not be kept. Overall, I would STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I was skeptic at first because Rami was a bit pushy and did not give me time to talk , I thought he was just about the money but he came through as a professional with his one worker . His guy was very knowledgeable and trustworthy with his job and overall I end up giving them a five star , great guyâ s friendly and knowledgeable, he also assured me to call if I have any problems with his work.

If I could give Mr. Rami 20 stars I most definitely would. He really cares about educating people on the seriousness of the health effects mold can do, which many people take for granted or just don't know. Rami and Toolio did a great job with mold removal and the subsequent remodeling. They were extra careful and patient with my father who has early stage dementia. I would recommend A1, very honest!

When I found out that moisture had accumulated and caused mold growth in my family's small guesthouse, I reached out to 4 companies for estimates, including A1 Mold Remediation (Rami's company). While all were informative and professional, Rami by far offered the best price for the work, a price that my family could afford. His proposal thoroughly laid out what would be done. One thing my Mom and I both liked was that he assured us he oversees everything as the owner of the company and he would always maintain communication with us and the employee he'd send over to do the work. We had just had a negative experience with a different company that dropped communication and stopped responding to calls, so his words were very reassuring. He stayed true to his word and always answered calls or called back promptly. He assured me if I had any questions or doubts about the process, just to ask....On the day that Rami's employee, Tulio, came he removed the moldy floorboards, drywall, and water-stained bathroom ceiling all in just one afternoon, and very neatly too. I expected a huge mess of boards and debris just due to the nature of the work, but everything was very clean cut, no mold in sight, and ready for refurbishing. I am also very reassured by the one-year warranty if mold does show up again for some bizarre reason. We plan to use Rami's company again for replacing the drywall, etc. and returning the room to normal.
