"Hey Mary, I just wanted to comment on your comment. You wanted 3 rooms of stretching (big ripple in front of your dresser, the hallway to the rooms, and the small ripple in your other room) I only charged you for 2 areas because the one room was a very quick stretch and it didn't feel right to charge you a $100 for that area being that is was small and quick to stretch. You were only charged for the room that had the huge ripple in it and the hallway that had to be stretched and had to be cut and seamed as well. I am not sure if charging you for two spots instead of three should be an issue. You were quoted for two rooms and that is what you were charged. After the stretch was completed, you called us saying that I created a new ripple on the other side of the room that had the big ripple that I took out, so I came back out to fix it for free. When I got out to the house, you came at me with angst from the start and said that I created this problem. I simply told you that I didn't create that ripple over by the bed, but I will get it out for you regardless. Then you were extremely rude and angry with me because I told you that I hadn't caused it and you didn't want to hear that, then asked me to just leave. As you can see from previous reviews, I care about my business and go above and beyond to get the job completed. In your case, you didn't seem to want help and we are not trying to understand at all what I was trying to explain to you regarding the way your tack strips and wall were connected which was causing a bubble. In 7 yrs I have not encountered a situation like this, so I did as you requested and left. sorry that you continue to be upset about this job that happened on OCT 26th and continue to post reviews on every platform to try and hurt my business. The job I was hired for (completed on OCT 26th) and the huge ripples are gone. you would like to talk please call the office."
