Mr. Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with. He was clearly knowledgeable, made a few suggestions about the trees and quickly gave an estimate. The job was not easy given that many of the branches were over a screened pool. Not one tear occurred in the screen. The job was neat, prompt, and fast. If you find their prices more than other services, remember you get what you pay for. There was a follow up call to make sure it met with my approval. Outstanding service.

The representative was prompt and courteous, however the company's quote was the highest by far. The company was the only one that recommended performing the service this year as well as next. While he may believe this is the best way to trim the trees, it would essentially be twice the cost and with the quote being the highest of the 3 companies I contacted it seemed much too expensive. He did offer me an Angie's List discount but he was still the highest.

They did a fantastic job. They came on a Saturday, Paul the owner came out. It was the neighbors tree and if feel on my solar panels. I was really concerned about it and they did a great job.

Great price, great to deal with. Came sooner than we had originally been talking about. Great work, efficient workers, looks fantastic.

This company is extremely professional, reliable, and fair. During the job, there was a major problem that occurred. Sunbelt went above and beyond to make it right and they were very diligent in completing the job and making sure I was completely satisfied. Even the owner came out to my house and helped do some of the clean up. There is a reason this company has been around so long and has such a stellar reputation: they earn it. I highly recommend them.

Everything went great. From start to finish. No up selling while at my house either which is nice too.

Joe Davis was in charge from start to finish. I requested a quote online and was called back later that evening. Joe scheduled an estimate with me the next morning. Joe showed up on time and went over what will be done and gave me an estimate (July 2012). I called back a month later to schedule the service and requested that Joe stop by again to go over some specifics. He met me the next morning to finalize this (Thurs 8.16). He explained that he would be making next weeks schedule during the upcoming weekend and would call me to discuss a day & time. I didn't hear from Joe until Tuesday 8.21 when I called to find out if they had come up with anything yet (was getting anxious)...they were still working on it though. He then called Thursday evening 8.23 and said they could come first thing Saturday morning (8.25) @ 9a. After seeing Isaac's original path, I wasn't pushing this off so we agreed to Saturday morning, 8.25. I got a call from Joe around 8:40a the day of the job and he explained that they had some issues with their chipper but they'd be here. I said that's fine, I'll be here. A couple hours passed and I started getting a bit nervous (I've been stood up twice by another tree service company) that they weren't going to show...however, Joe contacted me around 11:45a and let me know they were on the way. Soon after 12p, they were here. Joe didn't show up right away so I explained the work to be done to a co-worker. They had about 7 guys total after Joe showed up. They used 1 climber for the trimming and the rest of the guys quickly cleaned the falling debris and helped with ropes, equipment and lowering the larger limbs. They did everything we discussed and it came out great. They were careful of our garden under the tree and cleaned up very thoroughly. All in all, these guys did a great job and I'd certainly recommend to others. Overall, I rated an A.

Don't know they never showed up or called Paul called and followed up.After review He called and had Joe come out and give me a price.I had already called another company when they didn't call when they said they would. Bottom line I used the other company.Paul called to follow up and apologized and wanted make things right. My brother had used Sunbelt and was extremely happy with them.I guess this was an isolated incident.They knowledgeable and would try them again

As I said before, it went great. I recommend calling the cell phone numbers they have listed on their website as opposed to the office phone. Other than that, you will get a fair price and the work will be completed as asked.

They could not have been more professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and tidy. Highly, highly recommend to anyone! They found 3 tiny baby squirrels in the yard, and brought them to us. They instructed us how to watch these babies to ensure they would survive. They took great care in bringing them to us and helping them survive. The mother eventually came back to the baby squirrels.

My busy schedule made it difficult to schedule time to receive a quote but Sunbelt kept in touch until I was able to meet. Tim, the arborist, listened carefully to what I wanted done. On the day of the job, Tim came with a crew of ten and had the job done within two hours. The team was professional and efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning up. The trees look better than I imagined they could. I felt reassured that an arborist was on site directing the crew.

We had a very large oak in our front lawn that was lifting the driveway and sidewalk and killing the grass. Sunbelt did a drive by estimate which was better than the other three tree service people we called. They also seemed more professional on the phone. Even though they had a lot of other calls, they worked us into to their schedule. They took the tree down safely and professionally, cleaned up the site and then had the stump ground up. After I removed the dirt/chip pile, I found that there were some serface roots I needed to remove. I called Sunbelt and they gave me the name and number of the stump grinding company they used. I called them and even though I told them I would pay for the roots, they said it is covered and that they would come out as soon as possible and that care of them. They did a few days later. Really a great job all around. I highly recommend them.

I called them for an estimate and honestly wanted to use them to come and cut down my trees. When I first called, the owner of the company referred me to a partner (I believe). The partner called me back within a few hours and we set up an appointment to meet at my home. He did not show up and after I called 45 minutes later, I was told he forgot. Yes I received and apology. However, if you make an appointment, keep it. I am more than understanding when you call me and say I cannot make it, can we reschedule for another time. I am not reasonable when you simply told me I forgot because I was busy trying to catch up.I am not pleased at all! **June 15th** I received a call from the owner personally apologizing for what happened. I again explained I am not unreasonable when called. He asked if there was anything that could be done, and honestly I am not sure how to answer that question because I am not looking for free service. I was going to update the review to C for him calling back, but I believe in being honest. My first experience with this company was not good, but they did apologize for the mistake. We are human and make mistakes. I am considering having them come out for an estimate.

When I called for an estimate, Robbie promptly came out and took the time to walk around the yard and see all the work I wanted done. He was courteous and professional, and he answered all of my questions and made some recommendations. The work was scheduled for the following week. Robbie along with his crew arrived timely on the day scheduled and after reviewing the proposed work again with me, promptly got to work. The crew broke up into groups and started tackling the trees, some in the front yard with the Pine trees and Cabbage palms, some in the back yard with the Queen palms, and some on the side tackling the Brazilian pepper. They reminded me of ants, all busy and going about their work. As the morning progressed, some additional workers arrived with the wood chipper, dump truck, and Bob-Cat/tractor (?) for hauling away the debris. There were approximately 10 workers on site by this time and the work progressed much quicker than I would have anticipated. Everything was running smoothly until something accidentally struck the main water pressure release pipe in the front corner of the yard. Water began pouring out everywhere. The crew quickly addressed the issue and, after alerting me to call the water company, began diverting the water onto our empty lot next to our house. The water company finally arrived and addressed the repair of the pipe. Robbie and his crew placed large pieces of plywood over the grassy areas in the yard that were covered with water so that the Bob-Cat/tractor (?) would not dig up the lawn and create a muddy mess while they were hauling away the remaining debris. They raked up the remaining debris and blew clean the concrete walks and driveway. Overall, the job took about 4 or 5 hours from start to finish, and while I was initially shocked by the degree to which the bottle brush and the palms were cut back, I realize that it was only because they were so overgrown to begin with. It is now 2 weeks since the work was completed and all I can say is that all the trees look great - I am no longer experiencing cutback shock. The back yard/garden area is much brighter and cleaner - I'm so happy that the debris piles are gone. All in all a job well done.

Robbie came out as scheduled to give an estimate and came back the following week to do the work. Communication was great! I realize some jobs take longer than planned and unexpected circumstances can arise, but he kept me up to speed on when he would arrive at my house to get the job done. I appreciate the professionalism!

They did a great job, had a big crew and were really quick and efficient. It took less than 3 hours to cut the whole tree down. The tree was also very close to my house and quite close to the neighbors too and they had no problems working around that. They cleaned up the area and even cut down and removed an overgrown shrub and cut some other limbs for no extra charge. I thought the price was really good as well, I was expecting it to be more. They were very professional from the beginning to the end of the process. I would definitely use Sunbelt again.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. The company promptly returned my call and set up an appointment. The crew arrived on time and completed their work promptly and excellently. The attitude of everyone was helpful and positive. The price was excellent (this was a fully mature large oak and I have paid to have other trees removed before), and I appreciated the coupon for free stump grinding. The company also ground an adjacent stump for no charge. The work site was cleard and smoothed. Superb service.

Paul and his crew are a class act, they bring a level of professionalism to the tree business that you don't expect. They quote a fair price, show up on time, have excellent equipment and employees, work fast and efficiently, go above and beyond the original quote if there are extras that need to be addressed, AND CLEAN UP BEFORE THEY LEAVE! I have multiple rental properties and have hired many tree companies. I will use Sunbelt again.

Not only did Joe Davis provide a great price, but he and his Sun Belt crew were very professional, responsive and respectful of our property. They left everything immaculate! Very well. They are very skillfull & professional. They did excellent work for a reasonable price. They did a very good job of cleaning up afterward & even hauled off some old branches that came off other trees.

Even before they started the job, Paul had proof of insurance sent over via email to show he was properly covered. On the date of the work, they arrived exactly at the promised time and immediately got to work. The job was extensive and required the delivery of a dumpster to accomodate the amount of debris being removed. They coordinated the delivery and removal of the dumpster making it even easier for us. Paul was not there the entire time but he did come at the start of the job, part way through and near the conclusion to make sure everything was going as we had discussed. His crew was very courteous and professional the entire time and worked extermely hard from start to finish to get the job done. There is no way to appreciate the difficulty of some of the work they made look so easy like scaling a 60 foot pine tree to trim it back. To watch them work is really a fascinating experience!

Gave the proposal on 5/14/12, Joe was great we told him what we needed he made suggestions. That night he called he had a cancellation and came on 5/15/12. Joe's crew was very professional took about 1hr 1/2 and they cleaned-up better than I could.

They thought an arborist to the site. They were on time, and they cleaned up very well. I also liked their price. I would recommend them.

It could not have gone better. They were very polite on the phone. I wish I could have met them. My husband was completely satisfied and we will use them again.
