Description of Work: Removed two trees and brush from around my property. Did a wonderful job and were in and out in less then an hour, incredible! Would certainly use again!

Description of Work: Mr. Rodriguez is very persistent. We contracted for him to do the job (remove one tree) and latter learned that our neighbors were going to be out of town for the holidays, return for two days and be away again. He needed to get into their yard to remove the tree. He took it upon his self to contact them without consulting us. They requested he cut down another tree in our yard and they paid him. We were not home and he removed the tree without our permission. I felt Mr. Rodriguez was pushy.

Description of Work: Spoke with someone twice over the phone, both times they said they would come to look at the tree and call me back with an estimate and have not yet heard from anyone. This is both rude and unprofessional.

Description of Work: Showed up on time with a crew of 11 men. In 90 minutes they removed a tree, ground the stump, removed large branches from 3 other trees and cleaned everything up. Very impressed with their service. Very professional job.

Description of Work: Two men arrived early, though Paul Rodriguez had said he'd be here when they started. We didn't have a clue what they were doing, and they didn't speak English. |We called Paul and he said he'd be there in 15 minutes, which he was, but was a half hour late, during which time we didn't know what was being done. My wife caught the workmen just in time so they didn't "skin" our front oak tree, which provides protection from the western sun. She showed him exactly what she wanted on the rest of our property, but after they left we saw they had missed a considerable amount of work, so they had to come back and finish. A day later as my wife was cleaning up outside she discovered that they hadn't done a good job of removing the limbs and cuttings lying on the ground. All in all, far less than we expected, especially since they had done great work for us in the past at a fair price. So for this new higher price we expected a terrific job. Not happy.

Description of Work: Tim and his crew were the best tree trimming group I have ever seen. Their job was acomplished with a coordinated precision that was nothing less than amazing. A little over an hour after arriving I could not even tell they were there until I looked up and saw the great job they did on the oak tree. It was just like we had invisioned.. I cannot fully express how great they were with EVERY detail of the job. I fully anticipated to have to pick up some small branches or some leaves. Didn't have to. Thats how great they were.

Description of Work: Cut down thick holly limbs from my neighbor's tree that was overhanging my gutter and touching my roof. In the back, cut off all limbs of oak tree resting on my house and pulled, out of the gutter, thick green weeds and thick, wet dirt that the weeds were growing out of. I had no idea there was so much dirt up there. Once I gave them a couple of small tools they scooped it out in short order. One of the workers, while he was on the roof, asked if I wanted another little corner branch cut off . I had not discussed doing that with his supervisor so I told him he didn't have to, but he said it would just take a minute. I told him to go ahead. Right there, I was so favorably impressed because he did not have to point it out or cut it away. All the workers were professional, neatly dressed, eager to please and seemed to be extremely pleasant people, in general. There were plenty of men to do the job so they were here a relatively short time and got it done to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd time we"ve used Sunbelt and once again they delivered excellent service. We had an oak tree removed that was leaning over the roof as well as other trees on the property trimmed. After a little confusion on the schedule, the crew arrived on the job as agreed and were courteous, professional and thorough. The work was completed promptly and the billing matched the estimate.

Description of Work: Tim Muench with The Sunbelt Tree Servce/Apopka called and came by and supplied me with an insurance estimate. Very nice & polite gentleman. Once this is settled with the insurance company I will surely contact him to have the job completed .

Description of Work: Got the tree out, but damaged some plants, my fence and made me haul away the left out wood chips after grinding the stump. Couldn't believe that! Also, he didn't manage the difficult aspects of the project well at all. He draws a line in the sand with customers and just tells you he isn't going to do what you want even though it was agreed to in advance. It was also concerning to me that he didn't even think of calling for a locate ticket when tearing out a tree in a subdivision.

Description of Work: I LOVE these guys. They trimmed my giant Laurel Oak for me in the past, and when a huge storm put half of the tree on my roof, they came and removed it. The guys are professional, dealing with Paul and Tim is a dream, and their prices are fair. They worked with me to make sure my homeowner's inaurance was doing the right thing, and they took care of EVERYTHING in a quick, professional, and quality manner. They call back promptly, and they work HARD to get things done right. They even had to lift huge branches over our power lines! This is the only tree service I'll ever use!

Description of Work: Paul was in charge of the operation from A to Z. He had a large crane which made the job a cinch. They lifted the tree from my roof with the crane and chopped it up in the driveway and hauled it away. The whole process took less than an hour. I will definitely use them again.
