What a great experience! Tim called me back within hours of my first phone call and had an estimate back that day. Once I decided to use Sunbelt, there was no deposit (as it should be!), and the workmen arrived within a reasonable time around the agreed-upon time on the agreed-upon date. Four employees (all very professional, clean-cut, and very conscientious) worked diligently and carefully on my tree. The end result was fantastic! The tree looks superb, there was no mess for me to clean up and it was a no-headache experience.

Owner Paul Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with and his crew worked in a very professional manor too. Our tree sustained substantial damage from Hurricane Charlie in Aug '04 and was in need of reshaping. Mr. Rodriguez met to discuss special concerns and provided a very competitive bid. I noted four squirrel's nest and his Paul's crew worked around them without sacrificing the work that the tree was needing. The work was performed quickly with the yard and street racked & blown down. Could hardly tell that work was done immediately afterwards with the exception of a nicely trimmed tree and I am a very satisfied customer.

Paul called me quickly and gave me an estimate. Before I made my decision to use them he called me and said he was in the neighborhood and could give me a discount if he could do the job that day. We agreed on a price and the job was done.

Excellent. The tree was about 18 inches from the corner of our house, so I was concerned about possible damage when they cut it down. However, they were so good that I needn't have worried. The crew (of 4) was knowledgeable they brought the right equipment, and the work was done quickly. Also, they did an excellent job of cleanup. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The estimate was quick, they came out within one day. Upon agreement of work to be done both owners showed up the next day with a small army of assistants. They attacked the tree and were done within an hour. For what I paid the work was impressive, they must have had 12 people working the job plus several trucks. They roped the limbs being cut and removed the debris. I couldn't be happier. Every cut was orchestrated by both owners, they didn't take any chances. I was very happy with Sunbelt and will use them for future projects. Additionally the owner gave me a 10% break because I let them know in advance I was an Angie's List consumer.

Paul R. came to give estimate, reasonable price, offered to do a couple extra trims not in the estimate for free, received a copy of their insurance coverage, workers appeared as scheduled, site cleaned up when done. Paul was on site during the day and followed up to assure work done to my satisfaction. Very positive experience.

Coming home to find a tree limb on the roof prompted a call to sunbelt. Paul was able to come out the same day and give me an estimate. After looking at the limb on the roof I asked Paul to give me his recommendation on trimming up some of the larger trees on our property with an eye on the upcoming hurricane season. He did recommend thinning/pruning of several of the trees, but he didn't try to tell me that everyone was in need of help. He was able to give me an itemized estimate with separate prices for removing the limb on the roof, removing a dead tree, and the trimming work. If I wanted to have all the work done, he would give a discounted price. Paul would have been able to start work the same day, but I wanted to get other estimates so I didn't schedule the work at that time even though I was impressed by his professionalism and concern for doing the work in a way that promoted the health and beauty of our trees. When I did call back to schedule he was able to schedule the work within a couple of days. However, he called back the next day to say they would be able to come that afternoon to at least get the limb off the roof. They finished up the following morning (Saturday at no extra charge). Paul showed up with a team of workers. They worked quickly and efficiently - everyone knowing their part in the operation. They finished up the following morning (Saturday). They worked hard at not damaging any of the landscaping and cleaned up after themselves.

Tim Muench, co-owner, met with us and gave us a price. The tree was one of those old Laurel Oaks, which was rotting away. His crew of eight showed up at the scheduled time (8:30) in the morning. By 3:00 the job was complete. The company took down the tree, ground the stump, and removed all that they took down. The job, from start to finish, was totally professional. The men all knew their jobs and were pleasant and helpful. Tim is a trained and certified arborist. He knows just what needs to be done, when it comes to taking a tree down and/or pruning one.

Paul arrived promptly for initial consultation. His bid was given as promised. Work was started when promised. He remained on the property to oversee the work. His team was efficient and well-mannered. We provided water and soft drinks for which they expressed their thanks. When we asked for a couple of areas to be redone and three additional small trees removed, they returned promptly and completed the work within a few days. The stump grinding was less than anticipated. Paul gave us a break on this charge. The property has really been opened up. We have sunlight we didn't know existed. Well done!!

Company representative contacted on a Friday afternoon, scheduled on site estimate the following Monday. Assisted with suggestions for best overall look of trees and identifying area that could potentially fall and damage roof of home. Crew was able to begin work on Wednesday of the same week. Arrived on time and finished within a few hours as promised. Overall very satisfied and recommend the company to others. Very professional.

Paul Rodriguez responded promptly to my request for an estimate which was very reasonable, even before discounts were applied. His crew arrived the next day, did the work in about 1 hour and left the property "broom clean". They were more than willing to climb back up when I requested a little more trimming on the palms. Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing and went about it in a professional manner.

We made an appointment for someone to come out and look at the tree, but he came early and we weren't home. I called when we got home and asked for someone to call me back to reschedule. Instead, he just showed up about 45 minutes later. He was nice enough, but it was strange. Their price was good, but they didn't seem as knowledgeable as another tree service. We hired the other company.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY, AND THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH BEING PRICEY. THEY ARRIVE ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM ANY TIME AT ALL.

I HAVE HAD THEM BEFORE, AND I WOULD HAVE THEM AGAIN. HE'S NEAT, HE'S CLEAN, HE'S ON TIME, AND HE DOES A GOOD JOB. HE ADVISES YOU WHAT SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN AND GIVES YOU GOOD ADVICE. THE PRICES WERE GOOD.
