Was very quick to respond and completed installation within 2 days of request. Made solid recommendations on corrections to the electrical setup. Might have included an offer to clean up around the old water heater, to complete my total satisfaction. The priced offer was fantastic through Angie's list coupon so can't really nit-pick. Would definitely use for any other plumbing needs in the future.

I purchased the Angie's deal.  Was contacted in a timely manner.  The installer was great!  He was punctual, in and out in a reasonable amount of time.  He gave a thorough explanation of product both usage and maintaining a trouble free garbage disposal.  I would use this provider again!!

Replaced a 10 + year old hot water heater.

Adam Spegal (the scheduler and installer) exhibited all of the professionalism that you would expect from a quality service vendor. That is; excellent communication and performance skills, on time and using high quality materials.

Also the cost was reasonable for the service performed.

Brian was prompt, courteous and professional.  He installed the GE GeoSpring Hybrid hot water heater efficiently. He explained the usage and maintenance. He is familiar with these newer hybrid hot water heaters; whereas, some installers were not or only wanted to install the brand they carry.  I would highly recommend him and will be calling him for any future plumbing needs. I'm glad I found him.

I called in the morning about my 13 year old water heater being broke and possibly needing to be replaced. Brian said they would be there in the afternoon to take a look. They called shortly before arriving and got to work immediately. The water heater was replaced. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled the old water heater away. During the install they gave us a lot of info about water heaters in general and before leaving, they showed us how to operate it and told us about a few small details that were not covered so well in the instruction manual. I would recommend these guys to anyone with plumbing needs.

Brian came the very next day I called him to give me an estimate. I chose him even before getting the rest. I like small business owners. He was able to come that same week and install our bathtub. He was here for maybe two hours and got the job done. Even helped me plan pour upstairs bathroom job. We will actually have hom out next week to work on some kitchen plumbing. Fair prices, self made, great work. What else do you need?

Immediately after purchasing the deal, I received an email with request to set up appointment and was able to get my first requested date.  The day of appointment, got a call 5 minutes before arrival and once he arrived got right to work.  He completed the job quickly and even fixed the grounding wire he found was not hooked up correctly at no additional cost.  He explained the operation of the new unit and how to troubleshoot if the disposal were to get jammed.  Awesome work...would recommend most definitely!  Thank you so much!

Brian Spegal answered  my first call to him, not a voice mail. He answered all my questions and was not pushy or aggressive.
The estimate was reasonable compared to other plumbers. I called on a Wednesday and the water heater was installed  on
Friday. The appointment was for Friday at 8:00. Brian was running a little late but called to inform me, which was nice, since
most people would have just arrived late witout calling. He did a good job and after the installation educated me on the does
and don'ts. I would recommend Spegal Plumbing to others.
