Do not hire this company! Our lawn is completely destroyed! A manager came to my house and so far no resolution was offered, he completely ignores our e-mails.

This is a horrible company, higher than 14 months ago to treat my newly, beautifully sodded lawn that had not one issue my only request was that they keep me problem free, my lawn has degenerated into a scene that looks like a war took place on it, over the course of 14 months, the technician allowed weeds to take over 80% of my front and side yards, I complained throughout the year nothing was ever done to correct it, a few months ago the big supervisor of supervisors Randy got on my case,He sent the supposed specialist out, and all he did was kill kill kill all the weeds which of course left my front and side yards 80% dead, I could’ve killed the weeds myself with round up and left my whole yard dead... my point is this, I paid these people and they let my entire yard degenerate into solid weeds, have they been doing their job properly, as I was paying them to do, the weeds never would’ve gotten this bad that when you finally killed them all you’re left with no turf, so of course the big supervisor of supervisors Randy is gone, his replacement I’ve been toldHis name is Anthony refuses to call me, I have canceled my service and this company does not care they don’t care that I got them for other customers on my block which I will now switch over to whichever company I decide to go with, these people don’t care they don’t respond well, and now I have to spend probably $2000 and it is 100% their fault

Business would not refund my money for services not provided. I signed up for lawn care services end of May 2017 and the representative last name Pacherres informed me that my initial $150 fee included first two services. I received my first service on 6/19. Then I received a second service on 8/21 and was billed $80. When I called the company on 9/21 and spoke to Barbara, she confirmed I never received a follow up service and said it would be scheduled right away. When nobody had come by 10/3, I called back and spoke to Nicole, who said my follow up wasn't scheduled until 10/27. I told her that was far from "right away" as I had been told before. I proceeded to cancel the service as I was already dissatisfied because of all the miscommunication. A manager then called me on 10/22 and told me they could come out that week, I told him I had already cancelled and gone with another service, to which he replied I hadn't cancelled until 10/21. More miscommunication on their part. I received another bill for $80 and called back on 11/14 and spoke to Nicole, who confirmed I had cancelled on 10/3. I told her I was told the $150 included the first two services, I got two services and wanted the $80 cleared from my account. She refused and when I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back and spoke to Jay, who also refused to refund my account the $80. I told him I was told my first payment of $150 was supposed to cover my first two services. He said it actually covers the first service and a follow up service. I told him I never got a follow up service , I paid $150 for two services and I got two services on 6/19 and 8/21. He said the second service was actually a full service and that is why I was billed $80. I told him, if the $150 included a follow up service I never got, then I should be refunded for that follow up service and he refused. I told him I paid $150 for an initial service and a follow up, he agreed and confirmed I never got a follow up, but would not give a refund for not receiving the full service that I paid for.

Corey W. handled our last irrigation maintenance service. He did an excellent job. It was obvious from the moment he arrived that customer service is a priority for him. He didn't rush like he was just trying to get the job done so he could move on. He was thorough, and put a lot of effort into making sure all was done to not only our satisfaction, but to his own. It was apparent he has high standards for his work and service, and that he cares about making sure the customer is pleased with his work. He also went over the controller with me, answering all of my questions patiently, which I really appreciated. He made sure I fully understood the functions in question before he left. We were very happy with his work.

We have had Heron maintain our property for quite a few years now. We initially just started with the lawn maintenance as we had completely laid new sod and wanted it maintained by a professional. They've done a superb job. Even if they have been and gone, and we see some issues, all we need to do is call them and they'll come right back out and address it. We then added a mosquito service to our plan as we found that even though we didn't have laying water anywhere, we were getting lots of mosquitos (this is Florida!). So Heron runs that service for about nine months out of a year (not over winter). For the most part, the mosquito service has done what we needed it to do and if we had issues, once again they would come and check and rectify if possible. The final service we added was general pest control. Self explanatory. Their prices are reasonable (compared to other "big name" companies here in Florida) and their service is outstanding all the way from who you speak to on the phone to the technicians that come out to your property. We are in the process of building a new house and plan to have Heron come and maintain that house as well. A+++ for Heron Home & Outdoor. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants a service that is reliable and priced accordingly.
