WOW, what great service. I called them about 8:30AM, they were done with the entire job by 10:30. The technician was friendly, courteous, got right to it and was there about 20 mins including making 5 Keys for me. I couldn't have asked for better. What I thought was going to be a major deal that was going to cost me a fortune turned out to be nothing. If you need a locksmith these are your guys.

My front door key would not work so I called A-ABRA to open the door. The locksmith was on another call and I was told he would be at my home in an hour. He showed up in 45 minutes . He picked the lock in 3 minutes and rekeyed it in 10 minutes. He was courteous and professional. I would use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

I didn't like A-Abra-Key-Dabra Locksmith Services price. Their price was a lot higher, at least $100 higher, than 2 other places that I called. I don't know what they do differently, better cylinders maybe. It was just a little to high for me. The only way I would call them in the future is if they are the only one left.

For the quote to have been $400, you would have to have needed approx 18 doors to be re-keyed at your house. Perhaps there was some misunderstanding on our part. We needed a locksmith on short notice the Friday before a holiday weekend. A-Abra-Key-Dabra was wonderful. I had already called another locksmith who told me they "might" be able to help and clearly did not even sound like they were going to see if any technician could handle our job. Abra got a professional out on short-notice, an hour earlier than expected and the job was exactly what I was quoted on the phone and in line with other estimates and online research. Both the woman who answered the phone and the locksmith were very professional and helpful.

I made the effort to drive from my home in East Seminole County all the way to Apopka because the lady assurred me over the phone that they were capable of making accurate duplicates for an outdoor lockbox key. None of the copies (5) worked that were made from my key. After 6 telephone calls to the store, because the person I was asking for was out to lunch or gone for the day or just did not return my calls, I was told that they just must have used the wrong blank and that I could drive the hour's drive back to the store and have more duplicates made, at no charge, if I wanted to come back.

I don't know as to what the ordinary guys do, but the guy who installed the safe for us was an elite among the locksmiths. The price that he charged was an ordinary charge and wasn't extravagant. I called them first and they were courteous. The guy set up an appointment and called ahead. He was right on time and had everything he needed to do the job. He made me feel at ease. He knocked every time he went out to the truck and came back. He was a really good guy and provided good service. If need be, then I would use his services in the future too.
