We started shopping for a new roofing company. Most of the homes in our gated equine community were built around the same time 2004 to 2008 and all of them found out they were in the same circumstance with different insurance companies and a lot of them hired roofing companies to do the work Almost all of them were extremely disappointed with the work that was done and started to have problems shortly after the work was done One year warranties, non-transferable warranties First windstorm that came along they lost shingles roofs were not on for more than six weeks, and the roofing company said that they had to pay to get it fixed It seems that everybody in Florida with a pick up truck and air compressor and a nail gun is now a roofer They drive up your driveway and tell you that they noticed your roof is damaged. Let me take a look at it. Quite frankly, no matter who you use it’s going to cost a lot of money. I wanted a company that’s been around for a while and has an excellent reputation for quality and service. Pro dry has been around over 20 years virtually zero complaints and they stand behind their work A 20 year guarantee on the workmanship lifetime warranty on the shingles, regardless of wind, speed and fully transferable We chose to have their new GAF five layer roofing installed This roof can only be installed or purchased by a five star roofer and there’s very few of them located in Marion County Florida area because GAF has to stand behind that roofer They did a positively amazing job They arrived at the crack of dawn worked till the sun went down They were professional beyond what I could imagine They did multiple magnet suites for any nails and came back a day or two later and did two more They Obtained all the permits did all the haul away and best of all because of their reputation And their 5 Star rating our insurance company reduce our insurance rate back down, and it was even cheaper than we were paying and will honor that warranty for its full term which is longer than their you must replace the roof every 15 years period There is an old saying in life you get what you pay for Any roof no matter which company you use is going to cost a lot of money Hire somebody who does it right stands behind their work You’ll save a lot more money in the long run Most of all hire somebody you can trust I would never even consider hiring anybody else, but pro dry

Pro Dry did a great job on my roof. It's now the best looking one in the neighborhood. Staff and installers were very competent, courteous and kept us informed throughout the job. We are very pleased!

When they finished no one would have guessed that there had been any damage from the 2 recent hurricanes. I haven't hesitated to recommend Pro Dry to my neighbors.
