Fantastic! I called them to fix a former re-keying problem that resulted in the necessity of multiple keys. The scheduler was polite and kind (it took me a bit to explain the depth of the problem) and got an appointment scheduled promptly. The locksmith who arrived was courteous and professional and on time. He assessed the situation and let me know what would need to be done, it was not as bad as I thought it would be. He also installed a few new locks at my request & gave me ideas for other security measures. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. The price was very reasonable for the work that was done. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Will, the technician called ahead to notify me that would be early for the appointment. He was friendly, professional, and quick and proficient with his job. We discussed my concerns with some existing hardware and came up with a satisfactory solution that saved me some money since I ended up not replacing a door knob. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Called Liberty today to first see if they could re-key this type of cabinet, they were not certain, but said they could send a Technician out same day. Technician arrived 2 hours later, in within 30 minutes, he has both locks on the cabinet re-keyed and finished. I am very happy with the response time and level of customer service, will definitely use these guys again when/if I need this type of service.

Initially they misplaced the work order. When contacted, they were apologetic and offered a 20% discount for the inconvenience. Responded shortly afterwards and completed the job.

It was very smooth and easy. Marc arrived on time. He got the door to garage repaired and then troubleshooted the issues I had on the lanai. Marc answered all my questions and gave me tips to keep the locks in good order. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very responsive, set up a next-day appointment. Locksmith was right on time and did excellent work. Really knew what he was doing! Made the keys out in his truck. Only took about a half hour. Very satisfied, and would recommend this company to anyone needing locksmith services.

Initially there was a scheduling error and I had to call to check where the tech was. When the error was discovered, the owner came out and met me to perform the job.
He was apologetic and discounted the work further due to the error. He could not have been more professional.
In a rather unpleasant environment (the tenant was packing up as he was working and the Sheriff had just left) he calmly went about his work even showing me how things work, which I found quite interesting.
He even stayed and finished the job when I had to leave to make an appointment.
I will be using them for any future locksmith or safe needs that I have.

My elderly mother kept getting locked in her mobile home due to a faulty doorknob. Liberty Locksmiths came the same day I called, replaced the doorknob after showing me why the old one was failing, even made some adjustments to the deadbolt on the door to make it more secure – a lock he did not even install! The technician was incredibly sweet to my mom, the price was more than reasonable. The tech even made me a couple of keys for my own home. All the employees are background checked for criminal records. I have no words for how highly I recommend this firm. An A+ experience.

Due to a recent burglary in my neighborhood (they kicked the front door in at my next door neighbor's house at 2:30 in the morning), I looked on Angie's List for a good locksmith to change my front door lockset. Liberty Locksmiths had absolute glowing reviews on Angie's List, and I can now see why. I called on a Wednesday and scheduled Marc to come on Thursday morning at 8AM. He was prompt, friendly, courteous and quickly evaluated my needs.
He recommended a top-name lockset brand, but advised me to buy it at my local retail hardware store because their price is much lower because they buy in volume. While he was there to estimate my needs, he also adjusted the door from my house to the garage because the lockbolt would not slide into place. He did not charge me for the adjustment.
I picked up the lockset on Thursday and called Liberty, and Marc returned that afternoon to install it for me. He even waited for me as I got caught in traffic. I have told every person I met today to give them a call if they ever need a reliable locksmith. Thanks, Marc amd Liberty Locksmith, for such great service.

Called Liberty Lock at 815 and by noon they were at our office. They were very professional, prompt and efficient.
Fixed our lock and gave explained what work was performed. Gave advise on how to maintain to keep the lock in working order.

This is my second year with Angie's List and my second time using a service recommended by Angie's List.
3/26/2013 - Came home after an early am meeting to discover someone tried to break into my house.

I recently needed two locks re-keyed immediately. One lock needed a replacement cylinder, so it was more than a simple re-key. Liberty answered my call at 9:00am, and by 1:00 pm the SAME DAY their tech was working on the doors and finished in no time at all. Liberty is fast, efficient, professional and affordable. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Great service on phone and in person. Called an hour before appointment to tell me he might be 10 minutes late (due to GPS estimations)...and he was right on time. :) Very friendly and personable. Even fixed some other lock related issues when he was there. Great service, would highly recommend them. Only gave a "B" for price because I didn't feel like it was a bargain...but priced similar to others.
