We were not impressed with Critter Control of Orlando. They did come out and performed their services their tech was professional but not very personable. I found it hard to schedule with them and dreaded calling for that reason. I always got the feeling of being some sort of nuisance to them since we had payed in advance and they were not getting anything else out of working for us. When I called their office once and left a message I didn't get a call back (several days) and had to call again. In the beginning when we tried to schedule our first visit and explained that we were getting ready to move into the house and had seen a mouse/ rat running around we were told in a very rude way that mice/ rats were not part of the deal purchased. That was a bad start. I never understood why this could not be communicated in a nice way. I was fine with it but it left a bad aftertaste. Overall I would say it was a B or C performance by this company and I only rated B because their products did work. I would not recommend them. We are with a different Company we found on Angie's List now and we are happy with them.

I called late in the day, and they offered to come the next day.  I described the situation, and the tech offered the opinion that it was likely that it was just the one rat.  He found the spot the rat had been using to get into the garage, and told me how to determine if it was still in use.  Once I determined there were no other rats, I sealed the hole myself.  They didn't charge me a penny, and will be at the top of my list the next time something like this comes up.

It has been pretty good. They do a pretty good job about following up and explaining to me what they are going to do. They are pretty good about handling the live animals/critters. There have been some minor communication issues but once I got hold of them, they were pretty good about coming out to do the service. The cost is too high for what they do.

They did good. I definitely would recommend them. They were good. They were good on some things with the pricing and on other things they were expensive. They got rid of the problem. He was very professional and polite. He was a very nice guy. Sometimes he said he would be here and then he wouldn't show up for a while; I think he was finishing up some other things. Sometimes he would be an hour to an hour and a half late.

No one was home when the guy came by so they did the exterior service. There were still wasp nests present that he didn't get so I called the office and they returned. He explained to me why they didn't do any interior service. There wasn't a time when he was supposed to come but he did come back pretty promptly. We are going to see about their next service and then determine if we should continue or cancel the service.

The service was good. As a matter of fact, I have used him twice. He showed up on time both times. He did not rush through it. He actually did a thorough job and I have not had any problems with insects or anything like that. He did inside and out.

They were very good. He came and he was very efficient and very good with what he did. He stayed within the price we agreed upon. He was timely and he gave us a lot of good information about the ants that we?re having problems with. He knew what he was doing. Their prices were very fair. They were really quick about getting out here and getting the job done for us. They gave us a timeframe of two hours and they were there right at the beginning of that time window, so we didn't have to wait and wonder if they were going to show up or if they were running late.

The experience was good. I had them out before and they did a good job. They were on time, they were polite, friendly, and they knew what they were doing. It was a one time only pest control, and there was no pressure to sign up or to enroll.

I was pleased with them. I have a regular contract with them now. They come out every 2 months. They came right out the last time. They use eco-friendly products which was the main thing that attracted me. I haven't had any issues other than the occasional roach in the garage, but nothing in the house. It is $45 except for a service call when there was a problem.
