They were very responsive, they came out right away, as soon as we could coordinate our schedule.

It turned out ok. They got rid of the moths, but the german cockroaches they said it would take several treatments to get rid of them, and we decided not to follow up with them. They were easy to work with.

It went superb. He arrived on time and was pleasant in all  the explaining of his job.

It was good but I did not go through with it.

I pay them every two months. I don't even have to call him. I asked him why doesn’t he spray inside and he said if he sprays outside, it will not come into the house at all and it has proven true, I don't have any bugs at all.

They came and went through the house -- they found some critters and found where they were coming in from. They were great. We took care of the hole and haven't had any critters since. They sent one tech and he was at the home for a couple of hours.

It was okay. I have seen better and I have seen worse. I wasn’t impressed one way or another. The people were friendly but that was the only thing that set them apart.

They were exceptionally nice and professional.  The treatments did a great job of controlling the bug problem, especially the ants outside.

We had an ant problem so I purchased a Deal to try this company. The tiny ants were identified as ghost ants. Rick told me all about them - explaining it was good we had not used a repellent because when disturbed they break up their nest and form three new ones. They had been moving around the inside of our kitchen and pantry. He searched thoroughly using attractants in many locations explaining as they would die as they crossed through and take it back to the nest as well. I was surprised when he located spiders who had been feasting on the easy pickings and treated them too. Outside Rick found a huge nest underneath some pavers located under a family room window - the source of the problem. He thoroughly treated the nest and several "paths" leading from it. He also treated the exterior of the home very completely as well as cleaning out spider eggs under the pool surround. . Rick took a lot of time to deal with not only our known ant problem but any other potential problems. He advised ghost ants are difficult to rid and promised to come back if needed free of charge until they were gone. As it turned out we needed him to return two more times to rid ourselves of the pesky things but are now ant free and very happy.
My only complaint was Rick had me sign a contract for quarterly service stating it wasn't really a contract. He said they were very lenient and would not come out unless I called to schedule. When asked he said the interior would last a year, the exterior six months. Well 45 days later a bill for exterior treatment was left on the front door. I hadn't called to request service and hadn't seen anyone doing it although I was away briefly. When I called the first thing I was told was I had a contract. When I complained about the "leniency" they backed off. When I complained I had not requested service they explained the contract meant they automatically come quarterly whether i call or not. I cancelled the contract. I was disappointed to encounter this problem after such good service but I felt the company had misrepresented their policy to get me into a contract I would not have agreed to if things were honestly explained in the first place.
Bottom line is I'd use them again - but only when I initiate the service.

At initial meeting and inspection the guy was more interested in trying to sell me on over $1000 worth of preventive work blocking future problems. I was trying to get rid of a current problem. I agreed to the $229 fee of trapping and removal and would consider the rest after raccoon was taken care of. I learned pretty soon the $229 was for 10 visits. They didn't trap or remove. We spent $60 on cages to trap and remove ourselves. Which we did successfully after watching YouTube on how to. Told them I was sending the $229 fee minus the $60 for cost of traps we bought. This all started in October 2013. This week in October 2014 I paid a bill collector the $60. Hope the bill collector gets to keep most if not all of that money.

Overall Jim did a thorough job. He even went to the attic to check if there were any critters in. The main reason that I gave this company an overall B was because Jim told me that he was going to ask a colleague specialized in wildlife to contact me to do a thorough inspection in the attic to check for wildlife that may be there.
It's been over 2 months and his colleague hasn't contacted me. 
In addition, I haven't had any major problems with pests, but just a few weeks after the treatment, I found several bee wasps by the roof soffits, reason that I gave them a B in quality. Soon after I do some major work in my yard, I will have them come again to deal with the wasps and to do another follow up treatment and might submit an updated review of my experience then.
