3LM Roof Cleaning and Exterior Pressure Washing

I was very impressed by how clean the areas were when Pete was finished. I've had these areas cleaned many times but Pete provided the best result of all pressure cleaners.

Pete was very prompt in sending an estimate for the project and for showing up on time. He quickly began to work and he did an excellent job on the roof in removing the mildew and making it look like new. Then he pressure washed the house and overall we were completely satisfied with his work and his professional attitude.Paying with a credit card was easy. We would definitely hire him again and recommended him to others.

It went pretty well. We got what we needed and it was relatively inexpensive. They did a good job. They did what we asked for and they did it in a short amount of time. They were really timely.

The technician was prompt (even early) and got right to work. Though I didn't ask for the driveway to be done, my daughter authorized the service and boy am I glad. The house looks so much brighter and CLEAN. Wow, my husband is away for military duty and he will be so pleased when he returns. Thanks  3LM job WELL DONE.

Everything went great from first contact through job completion. Peter was extremely fast in getting me a quote, which was very reasonable considering the size of the job. (Angie's List discount included in the cost shown.) He came out and did the work on the specified date, and everything looked fantastic when he was done. My white pool screen frame is actually white again. He even nicely arranged the furniture on our patio. Paying for the job via credit card was quick and easy too. Overall I'm very pleased and will definitely use him next time.

Pete responded promptly with an estimate and was extremely helpful in stopping by to evaluate my specific needs. After agreeing to do the job, he showed up precisely on time & got right to work. The results were astounding and my house literally looks better than it has since I moved in. Walkways look new. The patio is glistening. The gutters are draining well. The whole house shines. I am beyond satisfied and incredibly thankful for the work Pete did. It's obvious he takes pride in his work & goes above and beyond in order to provide a high-quality job to his customers. After speaking with Pete via phone, I explained what I wanted done and he sent me an estimate via email within an hour.
I decided to have Pete clean my roof and gutters.  He showed up on time on the prearranged date and quickly went to work.   He cleaned the gutters first, taking care to clean up residual debris from my patio.
He then used a chlorine based cleaning solution on my shingles.  When Pete had completed the work, he invited me to take a look at the roof.  There was a distinguishable improvement.  I was quite pleased.

I will definitely use Pete's services again.

Pete did a great job and was very professional. My driveway and sidewalks look really nice. My next door neighbor had Pete clean her driveway and sidewalks after she saw how nice mine looked. I would highly recommend 3LM Pressure Cleaning Services.

Called and requested estimate. Said he would try to do the estimate by looking up my house on the computer. Otherwise he would come by day before yesterday to look at the home. Never heard anything, so called today. I was told he couldn't make it two days ago, but that he could still come by and do an estimate. But the earliest day would be next Tuesday.  I cancelled the request for an estimate. Moral of the story for the benefit of the contractor: If you say you will provide an estimate or come out by a specific day, then either do it or call the customer to re-schedule. Making the customer be the one to follow up is unprofessional.

Pete showed up at 9 am ready to get to work. He first applied the chlorine.. This was followed by a rotary scrubber which got  the dirt out of all the nooks and crannies. Then he pressure washed all surfaces. I've never seen my drive or pool area look so white and pristine clean! Pete was fast, efficient and very professional. Thanks Pete, you did an amazing job!

This company was very professional. Provided an e-mail quote and receipt after completing the work.  The price was very reasonable and they were able to work me in to get the job completed quickly.  They did an excellent job (after normal business hours), were thorough, polite and professional.  Will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing pressure cleaning work.  Kudos to 3LM!

This was a pretty big job on a very high end home.  Pete had already toured the property a few days earlier so we could discuss a plan of action and I had a quote sitting in my email box before he had even left the grounds.  On the day of the job he arrived on time and got straight to work.  Over the course of six hours I did not see him take a single break, and he was working just as hard and the job was just as thorough during the last hour as it was during the first.  His price was fair and his time estimate was dead on.  
I cannot recommend 3LM highly enough.  They will be my first call for pressure washing from here on out.  Give them a shot at bidding your job, you will not be disappointed!

After a small mishap related to scheduling, 3LM showed up and went right to work. Now, our driveway was not looking good. It was really black from tree mold and acorns, and the HOA was complaining. I wasn't completely sure how well they'd be able to get the stains out, but lo and behold-- by the time the water dried, we looked like all of the other driveways in the neighborhood. I was very pleased with the outcome.

He's excellent and I told my next door neighbor too.  When he came in he had the up-to-date equipment.  I've never seen pressure washing like the way he did.  He not only had the pressure washer but also had a special device that he went over the driveway and sidewalk first; I guess that was to loosen up the grime. Then he used a pressure washer.  It was absolutely clean when he finished.  He even did the curves.  I was very pleased with him and I told him that.  I think it was a good price.  My next door neighbor actually paid more and when I told her what I paid she thought his price was excellent.  While he was there I told him that his work and his professionalism were really good.

 On time. Very clean service. I was pleasantly surprised at how little their work interfered with our daily life..   
The Work: cleaned all the siding on our home.  Cleaned all the patios and driveways.  We have a lot of driveway area between the two separate garages. 
I will use these guys again!
