3LM Roof Cleaning and Exterior Pressure Washing

This is the third time I have hired 3LM and the first time having the roof cleaned. The roof looks new again. I will use again. The cost was for roof cleaning and pressure washing.

The company is owned by Pete Greenwood. He is absolutely outstanding. He does a wonderful job. I’ve used him twice or 3 times and I am about ready to call him this morning, because it needs it again. In the Spring & Fall. He is really, really, good. He does a great job, when he is finished everything is sparkling. I have recommended to 2 of my friends. It was in the fall after the raining season stopped.

The company was fine to do business with, but we suffered a roof leak shortly after their service. The roofing and insurance companies told us that it was likely caused by improper cleaning.

Came out and did a great job. The house looked like it needed a paint job before he cleaned it. Afterwards it looked great.
They cleaned the roof and soffits to take off some algae which will give the roof extended life with a chemical clean so it won't take off the asphalt with a powerful wash.
Good Job!  I will definitely use them again.

Did a great job.

I had my pool deck area and my driveway pressure washed by Pete and he did a fantastic job. He was on time and thorough. I would use again whenever needed.

The estimates were quick. They were on time  and the job was completed quickly. The results are perfect. The roof and the pavers now look brand new. This is our second time using 3LM.

Pete was great! He managed to squeeze in an appointment for me with only a few days notice. My brick pavers came out great! Especially my courtyard which was due for a cleaning. Pete also sprayed down my courtyard fence walls at no extra cost. Pete was early for our appointment, efficient, professional and did a great job! He only uses 10-20% of chlorine so your plants and grass won't die. He also sent me a quote via email before the cleaning and he e-mailed me my receipt afterwards. He was very cost efficient and responsive. Thank you Pete!

I received an estimated immediately and was scheduled quickly. The driveway and sidewalks look excellent. The work was thorough.

It went very well.  They showed up promptly at the specified time and did  good job.  It did take a couple of weeks to get a Certificate of Insurance from them but all in all we were very satisfied with the service provided.
