B and B Well Drilling, Inc

Well was ok,but fake rock wasn't tall enough to cover well. As temporary fix they added a row of bricks at bottom which looks tacky! There also is no way to secure the rock so it blows around in the wind. Was told they order rocks in bulk every 6 months ir so and would order taller rock to replace it. I had to call 3 times over about 3 weeks before I got a call back. When I asked about the rock, I was told someone would get back to me that day. After calling 3 more times over 2 weeks I finally got a call back from a very rude man who said they were "in the Drilling business, not the landscape business. He said he' check the proposal and get back to me. ( the proposal stated they'd "cover the well with a Dekorra rock for the HOA."). I once again had to call them and he was even ruder this time saying things like, "We don't do rocks." "Our worker had no right to say we'd order a taller rock." "we are not in the landscaping business." He was very angry and condescending. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB. He did not respond.
