 + -1 moreI spoke with them on the phone and they reduced my bill. Their bills are extremely difficult to understand. Their punctuality has not been a problem. We have not had to have them out here very often. Most issues could be resolved over the phone, but it just has been time-consuming to talk with them. I would recommend them. I think that just the basic service is probably better than AT&T or any of the other ones. We do not have any problem with the phones going out. I do not get dropped calls or anything like that.
