"Hi Paul, I am very confused by your review. We spoke before the job was started and discussed the possibility of ruts left in the yard due to the ground being soft from the rain the day before. You insisted we continue as you "were not picky" about your yard. After the job was completed you requested that we haul away the grindings from the stumps. This was not included in your original proposal but you said we did "A+ job" and out of courtesy, we agreed to come back later that week when the owner could do it on his free time. You were contacted later that week as promised to discuss coming out to haul away grindings. At this time and only this time, we were dealing with an unsatisfied customer. I am not sure what happened over the course of 3 days but our company offered to do services free of charge to whom we thought was a satisfied customer."
