We had recently moved to a 30-year-old house that needed some updates.  We had planned other projects first, though, before the windows. 
At first I was wary about the situation since the company contacted me instead of me contacting them.  Two salesmen knocked on my door and said they were in the area and could see I needed a new roof.  I said we had just signed a contract for a new roof with another company and was about to close the door.  Then they said we also needed new windows.  This was true, but I wouldn't have made an appointment with someone knocking on my door if it hadn't happened that just that morning I had been lamenting the drafts we were getting with the old wooden ones (you could actually see the curtains blowing a bit).  I agreed to let a window salesman visit us that evening when my husband was home.  We still weren't actively looking for windows yet, though, and I expected this meeting would just be the beginning of gathering information about new windows.  The salesman was very convincing, though, and the sample window he brought impressed us. The price seemed reasonable (midway between prices we researched later).  We signed that night and agreed to update only about half of the windows in the house, to try out the company before we did the other half.
It took a few weeks to get the initial measurements done, but then the estimate they gave us for the windows to arrive was up to 4 weeks.  They were actually ready early and installed in under 3 weeks after measurements. 
The installation team of 3 were all very professional.  They worked quickly and efficiently, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves.  They also explained how to open and clean the windows properly, and even fixed a spot (without complaint) where I smudged the caulking when I accidentally touched a window that was just finished. 
One of the sashes arrived cracked, but they installed it anyway and said it would be replaced within a week (and since it was a double pane, it was still more energy efficient than the old windows).  Just as promised, the person who came by to do a walk-around about a week later brought a new sash to replace the cracked one. 
After replacing all the windows upstairs, the temperature reading up there is 4 degrees warmer than it was with the old windows (without changing the thermostat), and they look great.  We were very happy with the whole experience with R&R's windows, and
when we have the budget we plan to hire them to replace our remaining old windows.

It went great. Easy to deal with, great quality and knowledge of what they are doing. Our house feels draft free even with the below zero degrees!

I had received bids from R & R Roofing Inc as well as another provider and R & R was several thousand dollars less expensive. On the day of service the crew arrived and got right to work. I came home that day to find my house covered in a giant blue tarp as they needed two days to complete the project. They made sure to keep my property protected which made me happy. The next day the roof, gutters, and vent were installed as requested without any problem. The yard was cleaned up and my roof is still going strong today. There was a water backup on one of the gutters after the installation but after a simple call to R & R, they sent someone out who fixed it the next day. I'm very happy with the work that was done to my house.

They were horrible. I would never use them again. The owner hired a different group of contractors than what he probably normally used and he just left them to do the job. They messed up most of the gutters on the house. They didn't use the materials that they said they would. They didn't put the correct drip edge around the house. They did so many things wrong that I probably should not have paid them. My recommendation is to steer clear of R and R Roofing and find someone else.

They are terrible.

They gave us a low price, but we kind of got what we paid for. They did say they were going to come back and do some more, but we haven't heard from them for a while.

The experience was pretty good for a major project. Scheduling the work took a little while but that was due to strange mid summer weather and freak storms. Once the weather was stable for a few days in a row Scot sent his crew out and they go to work right a way. A day or so after the work was completed a huge storm went through and the roof held up perfectly. So it looks great, it works and it didn't cost that much.

I feel very fortunate to have found someone like Scot. He responded to my calls and emails within a day. He sent a fine young man named John to the house. John took pictures of my roof with a cell phone and then explained the areas that needed to be corrected. Scot's estimate was $2,000,00 less than a previous offer. The work was completed in agreed time. Scot was open to arrangements for payment. Scot was sensitive to the integrity of my home and neighborhood. The work excellent. The house looks so nice and stands out in the distance. I am immensely satisfied and would highly recommend him and his workers.

He is fantastic, they are great about cleaning up when finished. There was a problem around the skylight and he was great about coming back and finishing that.
