Terrible. The install went fine, but they did not ensure that the necessary building permit got closed at the end of the project. Maybe it was a mistake; not a huge deal. But when I found out it was still open (a few years later) they agreed to help work with the city to close the permit (that they had opened). But then they did nothing. When I repeatedly followed up by phone and email, they refused to respond. Avoid if you don't want hassles and problems with your project.

Marty, the owner, came out to my home and did a thorough inspecting before providing me the estimate.  He gave us a low, mid and high priced options.  He recommended the mid priced unit and thought we would be very happy with it.  He delivered and installed the fireplace per his original schedule.  His crew did a very neat installation. Marty came back and tested the unit himself and went over the details of operation and maintenance with my wife and I.  We are very happy with the unit and the service Marty and his team provided as he did everything he said he would do.  Most importantly, he kept us updated on the delivery of the unit so we could coordinate the installation with our electrician, painters and GC.  Thanks Marty
