They included the results of the tests. I had to use them a month later to have a bad EGR valve replaced (the car is 10 years old). The problem did not arise until about 1-1/2 weeks after 8/29/13 car work. They hustled on a Friday afternoon, 3 hours before closing to replace that. They showed me the badly rusted valve.
Family-owned business. Very good to all customers. Friendly, polite. Drove me home and picked me up with no charge. Provided full car wash coupon as well.

Their prices were very reasonable. I felt not knowing a lot about maintaining a car. I felt very comfortable with them. A year ago, we had an issue with the air conditioning, so they fixed it. Everything was fine, and I didn't see any problems. I felt very comfortable that we're not going to be taken advantage by them. I think, their service was excellent! Every time I have problems with the vehicle, they always call to tell any additional problems. They always tell what the problems are. However, they had my car all day, which I didn't expect to happen. The length of time they had was pretty expensive.
