 + -1 moreEXPERIENCED A PROBLEM WITH TILE SEPARATING FROM SUB-FLOOR AFTER 13 MONTHS. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY PERIOD. WHEN THE TILE WAS INSTALLED I ASKED ABOUT CONCRETE BOARD VERSUS PLYWOOD AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO VALUE TO THE CONCRETE BOARD. WHEN THE PROBLEM OCCURRED I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD HAVE USED THE CONCRETE BOARD. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Description of Work: REPLACED VINYL KITCHEN FLOOR WITH TILE. THIS INCLUDED REMOVAL OF ORIGINAL FLOOR AND SUB-FLOOR, LAYING NEW SUB-FLOOR, TILE AND GROUT.
