It went fine. He was very accommodating, nice, polite, personable and informative.
Description of Work: He took down water damaged wall (18" from the floor) he took out old insulation from a leaking pipe behind the washing machine. Treat any mold areas. Put back the insulation and the wall.

Description of Work: Richie was very thorough, prompt, and professional during out mold testing. He explained every step of the process and was very up front about everything involved. Based on the test results and the fact that we have some other expenses coming up, we decided to hold off on the remediation for the time being, but definitely plan on using Mastertech when we're ready to go.

The crawlspace needed a mold remediation and the Mastertech crew that showed up was polite and friendly. Richie explained over the phone and again the day they started what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. When They put floor covers down for protection I was truly amazed how they try to show that they put the customer first. They added some machinery to provide negative air. They removed the old insulation and then hepa vacd all of the wood in the crawlspace. Treated and coated. I would recommend Mastertech at any time.
Description of Work: I had Mastertech come to my house in Delaware and do an Inspection. When Richie showed up he was very nice and explained every step of his inspection. When he was done his visual inspection we agreed on where and how many samples were needed. I thought his process was informative, helpful, he made me feel comfortable.

Mastertech was great!!! They were prompt, the estimate was correct and the job was completed when they said it would be. They took good care of my belongings in the basement and also while walking thur my house with equipment. Richie helped gain piece of mind knowing the basement was safe for my family again. Added plus they were sweet to my son and my dog. Thank you Mastertech for a job we'll done!!

I was extremely pleased with the work provided by MasterTech. Not only were they punctual and neat, they were courteous and trustworthy. Richie was the main person that I had contact with, and he put my mind at ease when discussing the details of the job that needed to be done in order to remove the mold from our house. He took the time to explain how this occurred and the process it would take to get the job done in terms I could understand. From start to finish, the job was completed in the time estimated (1.5 days), and they even scheduled a follow-up appointment with me to retest the area where the work was completed. Richie also provided me with a report on the work they did and his business card so I could contact him with any questions and/or concerns. He and his crew were very polite and respectful of our home while working in it. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We noticed a discoloration and browning in the corner ceiling area of one of our bedroom walls. Not sure of what the cause was, my husband and I contacted MasterTech. They assessed the cause and extent of the damage (which was mold), drafted a proposal and contract with cost estimates, and worked on the damaged area through testing, sampling, and treating it.

Everything went exactly as it was explained to us prior to the appointment. Richie was very pleasant and thorough. He did superb work. I could not be more pleased with the services provided. Would use this service again if necessary. Would also recommend to family and friends. Very very happy with this company and with Richie.
