With over 25 years of experience in providing commercial and residential services we can help you create and maintain your home or business grounds! We provide a broad range of services and are family owned and operated. Our customer service cannot be duplicated and no job or customer is too small. We do it all: from weeding to snow plowing to planting and mowing with fast response times and convenient monthly billing. We know that each customer is unique and we promise to meet your needs whether it is a one time project or regular weekly service.

I always had very clear communication with this company. They always responded to emails. Sometimes both the wife and husband would respond together. But they stopped responding when I asked them to halt mowing because I seeded. They mowed over my freshly planted seeds. I emailed them, they apologized, and I asked them to pause mowing again, because I was going to reseed. I got no reply and they came and mowed over the second seeding job I did, undoing work I did twice. They were upset I did my own work so they sabotaged it, then wouldn't apologize when I called after their second mess up. Go with professionals, not this company who does things emotionally and unethically.

"Sabotage! Wow, now that is ridiculous. Like we planned it! We have done this property for roughly 10 years with no issues. In this case, he says we cut the lawn after he seeded it and he wrote us via email, not to cut it beforehand. We never saw that email, nor did we acknowledge it. We apologized for that. We didn't return to this property after that incident for 18 (EIGHTEEN) days. Did he tell us he was reseeding and not to come,? NO! Is 18 days a rather lawn period between cuts; it obviously is. So, taking a misunderstanding and calling it sabotage is just preposterous. We are overwhelmed with work and the need to purposely destroy something we have little time to do anyways, is absurd."

Job was well done. This is not really a complaint, because it worked out well in the end. I was told that I had to be home to have the service performed. I was out but made sure to home in time. When I got home, it was already finished. So it seems that I didn’t need to be home after all.

The two folks working for Ken's were very efficient and detailed, cleaning up and removing a lot of old dead and decaying shrubs, and cleaning up a Large Holly bush that was in serious need of trimming. All in all, very efficient and effective

The grass cutting could have better; no edging along the sidewalk was done. Everything else was good.

Ken was very frank, professional, and punctual. Explained what he could do [relocating bushes -- that might not "take" and seeding, etc.] and what might not be successful, etc. Our neighbor, who knows more about such things, and kept an eye out on the procedures, said he had done a very fine job. Very reasonably priced.
