We take it every three to four thousand miles. I also had an issue with my engine light coming on but it was really just a sensor. It was a whole lot less than I thought it would be especially with the engine light on. I have going to them for about 15 years. They are dependable.

Very happy to find a solid, reliable, honest auto shop near my home. Honda dealer told me I needed a new transmission for a mere $5,000. Told me the clutches were burned up. Joe and team found wiring issues on a transmission control circuit. Trans fixed and the clutches are fine. Completed the other non-trans. work quickly and got me back on the road. I already made an appointment for PMI work on my other car with Joe.

Perfect. Full heat inside the car again.

I had been going to them for years. They were taking care of all my oil changes and check ups, but this last experience was so disappointing that I've found a new mechanic. I was willing to pay their premium pricing for awhile because I was satisfied with their service, but as my car got older their service also got worse.

We have been using Joe Shilling for about 2 years, since we moved to this area. The shop was recommended to us by a very detail-oriented and knowledgeable engineer friend, and they haven't disappointed. We have had air-conditioning service, routine maintenance, etc. performed on our two cars (both with well over 100K miles on them) and the price is always fair and work done promptly and well. We always work with mechanic Tom Kelly and he has been great. The office staff are always friendly and professional as well. The only drawback I have observed is that sometimes it takes several days to get an appointment. None of our needs have been pressing, so I don't know whether you could get an quick emergency appointment for a serious issue.

He was excellent. He was prompt and did the job as scheduled and the work was fine. I am calling him again too.

We visited them and we are probably going to have repair works. We'll set up an appointment in the next month or so when we have a chance. They were friendly and there was no pressure if we wanted to have it done or not. They've been taking time to do what we needed.

It is always good. When they say its a certain price it always is. They are trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had developed a noise while in Florida on vacation which was getting worse, so took the Jeep over to him and he completed it. Actually told me that I probably caused the problem by jacking the car up on the rear and ever so slightly bent the aluminum case. He noted that in time the bearings may go again but didn't have any problems until recently selling the vehicle.

I was massively overcharged for parts!!! If you use this shop, which I do NOT recommend, make sure any parts are quoted separately, so you can double check the charges. I was charged over 40 per cent higher than retail - for example, a so-called premium spark plug wire set was 70.41, when the same is on Amazon for $54 retail, $34 through Amazon. Also, they do not consider an oil change to be part of a tune up, and do did not include it in the overcharged price.
