The guys from Horizon were excellent. They were right on time and finished the job early! The heating system works wonderfully and they even explained how to use the new thermostat. Can't wait to test the new AC next summer:-)

I just felt that the cost was extremely high.We had an old heater which was the same kind that we have now and we have replaced the same parts on that heater and have some knowledge of what the cost for the part should have been. I realize that it cost more due to the fact that it was serviced by a professional but i still feel that it was more than it should have been.

Plumber was very punctual, courteous and professional. While the plumber was concerned about cleanliness, he didn't have any drop cloths with him during the initial appointment - I had to provide old sheets to avoid excessive debris on the floor. The service seemed a bit pricey to this inexperienced homeowner, but he was very throrough and seemed to do quality work.

Mechanics were awesome, most professional I've ever dealt with and friendly also. The office dispatchers on the other hand didn't keep committments ("we'll call by end of day if the part isn't in"). I also had to jump up and down and almost throw a fit to get them to keep their committments.
