Very prompt response to my request for an estimate.  Eloy offered some suggestions, and followed through on my choice.  He and his crew were polite and professional.  Excellent work - I love my kitchen now.  And the crew did the best clean-up I have ever seen!  When I need work in his areas, I will employ him again.

All construction jobs cause dirt and disruption, but these guys worked
hard to minimize inconvenience and kept a very clean work site. They
worked hard to insure that we were happy with their work. Eloy made
positive suggestions to our project and even modified a couple of things
after they had been completed, not because they were done incorrectly,
but because we wanted them done a little differently. I have to give a
tip of the hat to the on site team leader Santos and his crew.  They
were all very pleasant and worked hard.
The finished product is outstanding.  The bathroom went from a 50's pink and blue bathroom to a
modern, functional glass and tile bathroom that has improved our quality
of life and made our home more enjoyable.

We had a number of Angie's List companies that told us that either the job was too small, too far away, or just plain didn't call us back when we asked them for an estimate, but Eloi was prompt and professional in getting back to us and setting up an appointment to come by, check the job out and gave us a very reasonable estimate on the spot.  When the time came for the work to be done, Eloi was running a little bit late but very courteously kept us informed as to when he would arrive.  He arrived when he said he would and he and his assistant did very professional job of cutting the tile needed to get the old stove out.  They were very careful to keep a vacuum running during all the cutting to keep dust and such to the bare minimum.  When it turned out that the store that had delivered our new stove and install kit had not provided all the parts we expected, Eloi graciously went to get the needed parts himself and finished the work right on time and on budget.  They did a superb cleanup job after finishing their work and were friendly and personable through the whole process.  When the time comes for us have any future kitchen or bathroom work done on our house, we will definitely be giving Eloi a call again!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Eloy and his crew. Eloy is very calm and takes extra time to understand exactly what you are trying to achieve. We had five contractors provide opinions and estimates, but we went with Eloy because his price was better and his reviews were outstanding. Eloy is very easy to talk to and very responsive to questions that come up during the course of the work. Eloy's crew is very punctual, they arrived every day at 8:00AM and worked hard all day and even stayed late to make sure the job was done right and stayed on schedule. Eloy was onsite every day with his crew and made sure we were happy with any decisions that were being made as work progressed, such as recessed light placement, island placement, and outlet/switch placement. Eloy pays extra attention to detail and doesnt hesitate to redo things that dont look perfect to him. Eloy goes out of his way to make sure you are pleased with the end product and we couldnt be happier with our newly renovated kitchen and our decision to use Eloy and his crew.

He told me that there would not be enough room to add an island in my kitchen.  When other contractors were out to my house they did not seem to have a problem with me adding the island in the kitchen.  When telling him what I wanted he told me he new what I wanted.  The way that he was talking made me feel like he did want to work hard.  He said when they charge cheep that probably do bad work but if they charge high they do good work.  The price he gave me I told him was not the right price.  He was very nice, professional, and punctual when I met with him.

It didn't go overall. He never contacted me back. I told him of the urgency of the project nd he said he would email me the quote. We never heard back from him.

This was an excellent experience.  I was shocked.  The problem (water leaking into the dining room ceiling) had all the hallmarks of a potential nightmare.  Things went very smoothly with a timely resolution to a work order that was expanded several times.
I contracted this work as an agent for an absentee landlord.  I live in Ohio and the work needed to be done in a rental property my father owns in Delaware.  I was a bit beside myself because I've never done this before, my dad couldn't handle the situation and the tenant wasn't forthcoming with all the work that needed to be done.  The tenant reported a slow leak from the bathroom into the dining room - about a teaspoon of water whenever anyone took a shower. She advised me that the tub needed new caulking.  Thinking this was the case, I had a local plumbing company check out the tub.  They said it wasn't a plumbing issue.  They told me they had no idea what the problem was.  
I called ES Tile and Home Improvement because I was impressed by the reviews others had written about them on Angie's List. They visited the property.  After this initial phone conversation, we handled everything via email and snail mail.
Initially, I asked for a bid on replacing the surround with a tiled tub enclosure.  Mr Sosa went to the property and sent pictures of the bathroom.  I was horrified to see that both the bathtub and the surround were in horrible condition, the linoleum flooring was peeling back at the base of the bathtub and probably the source of the leak into the ceiling below, and the toilet was very old and in poor condition.  I asked Mr Sosa to include repairing all these items in a bid.
Additionally, since this is a one bathroom apartment, the work needed to be done during a 4 day period when the tenant would be out of town.
Eloy was wonderful.  Everything was done on time and as promised.  The tenant is delighted.  I am delighted that I didn't need to make a trip out there.  
I handled the deposit by mailing a check, prepaid for the tub and toilet with local stores and had Mr Sosa pick them up, and sent the final payment to the tenant to turn over when she was satisfied with the work performed.  The only "problem" the tenant requested be fixed was adjusting the water pressure in the shower - which was promptly done - and we are all happy campers!

The only thing that could have been improved was the response time on some of the emails.  We had lots of lead time so there was no time crunch, but I would have preferred a response to my emails within 24 hours.  Occasionally it was several business days before a reply was received.  Again, this did not affect the job whatsoever, I was merely excited and impatient!

Eloy arrived at the arranged date and time to supply an estimate.  He accommodated our schedule to perform work on a specific day.  Crew showed up on time, and worked a very long day to complete in one day.  Workmanship and quality were fantastic. Work completed at original estimated price.  Look forward to working with them in the future.

Eloy provided us with a on-site price when he first assessed the job, and kept to that figure.  We were not in a hurry but there was some confusion about the start date - better communication on both sides would have helped.

 We already had a good idea of what we wanted, but once the space was opened up, we did make some changes to the layout, which he readily adapted to.  As our house is approx. 70 years old, there were a few surprises and issues  which were all addressed easily by his skilled team.  Eloy does not use extensive plans but his judgement and experience enables him to deal with changes and surprises without fuss and the outcome was fantastic.

The demo was done in a day, and the entire project was completed in three weeks. This also included the building of two new closets in the bedroom, which were done for an additional cost  - well below what it would have cost if done as a stand alone project.

The custom shower glass took an additional three weeks, but this was out of Eloy's control.  If you wanted a more rapid completion you should use standard glass shower enclosure systems.

We do a lot of remodeling ourselves but did not have the time for this re-construction project.  We are very happy with the outcome. 

On the first day, the bath was gutted and all scrap removed.Eloy and his crew showed up every morning at 8 and were sometimes here as late as 6. They worked harder in one day than most contractors I have dealt with work in a week. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves every day. We did not even have to have a dumpster in our driveway. Everyone was friendly and I had no qualms about leaving them in the house while I went to work. It only took 2 weeks. The work performed was great and I would highly recommend them.

I contacted E.S. Tile, specifically Eloy, and the communication was great.  He worked his schedule, and his assistant's (whose name I can't remember), and they just came over this morning.  The repair looks great and he really took his time.  Drop cloth, vacuum, their own compound, the works.  Everything's clean, and I'm really happy with the price.I would definitely use them again!

The price was good and the quality of work was excellent. They were always on time; when they said they would be here they were here. The workers were very nice to be in your home and they were $3,000 lower than the next closest company. If you had a question or problems all you had to do was call and they would be right over. I will use the again in the future.

Wonderful, there were a few snags, but mostly with the things that we purchased, not with their work.  We purchased all of our own materials and they did a wonderful job of creating the bathroom we envisioned. They did their best to accomodate the little glitches that came along.  See above for detail.

Es tile started the project running. Getting a lot of work done, sometime working twelve hour a day four man crew, working Saturday and sunday. They knew my mom was using portable potty. Es tile finished project when promised. Es tile is the best contractor I have worked with this kind complex project with so different components and es tile handled it all. They did great job. I would highly recommend this company. My experience with this project and es tile was completely positive. My mom loves her new master bathroom.

Requested estimate online for hardwood flooring of kitchen/family room...never heard back.

 We loved both the price and services provided.  Santos and his crew arrived before the scheduled work time, worked quickly, diligently and efficiently, and performed to every expectation we had (and we have high expectations!). The work was completed in just eight hours!   Santos made sure we were involved in the decision making process, no matter how small the issue or question. The attention to detail and quality is above and beyond any other contractor we've had. We are very, very impressed. Overall quality is an A+. We've had several compliments on the renovation.  We definitely will choose ES Tile Home Improvement on future projects...we actually can't wait to get started on them!  You will not be disappointed with their estimates or quality of work!  

I made 3 calls to them and the 2nd time he asked me to call back, but never responded.  The same happened the 3rd time, too.  It seems to be a small business, but never bothered to return my calls.  I will never use their services in future.

Eloy schedule time to come and give an estimate. Showed on time and presented himself and company well with on line pictures form his I-pad. Gave an estimate and stuck to it. Work was schedule about a week in advance, crew showed up on time and always cleaned up after themselves, so kept things neat. Only issue we had was the olf tolite was removed and discarded and we when wanted to reuse it, Eloy got us a new tolite without any issues - so this was not a problem for us.

He gave me a quote for his labor, but he also said that I should get my own cabinets. He didn't know anything about the cabinets. He didn't sound like he wanted to do our kitchen. He sounded like he did bathrooms more than anything. He didn't give us a written quote. We didn't feel like he would be there. We ended the process and never heard back from him. He left us up in the air. He acted like he was going to get back to us, but he never did. He seemed nice, but he was about average. He was very quick to respond. I also believe he was on time. However, I didn't find him to be that professional.

They were extraordinarily good and the price was fair. I would hire him and his team again in a heart beat. Great work, reliable and easy to do business with.

Our experience with Eloy and his crew was great. They showed up on time, were very polite and professional. We will definitely refer them to anyone who has a big bathroom job. Ours was a "big" job and they did a great job and we LOVE IT!! Thanks Eloy and crew!!!

They were on time every date that they came to work on our home. Before they began work they laid down some plastic sheeting on our rugs. The workers appeared courteous and throughout were focused on getting the job done. They completely removed the toilets and sink, completely ripped out the old tiles. They installed new sub flooring and the tiles were laid expertly. They reinstalled the toilets and sink and replaced the old rusted shutoff values with new ones. The kitchen backsplash was especially difficult because we wanted the installation in a diamond shape and the tiles we choose were natural stone, so they were difficult to lay, but Eloy did the job himself and they turned out to be beautiful. It's been about six weeks since our installation and I have not noticed any problems with the tiles and grout installation. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him and his company without reservation.
