Doc's Vacuum Sales & Repairs

First, it took 1 month to replace the part. There were no phone calls about back orders or extended time frames needed to work on the vacuum. Second, the vacuum was returned to me absolutely filthy. I thought it was someone else's vacuum until I looked at the serial number. Obviously, the vacuum had been used to clean the store or somewhere else which was disgustingly dirty. The canister had been emptied, but when I removed the canister, all kinds of dirt and debris plopped out onto the floor. The exterior of the vacuum had brown dust all over it and paint marks on the wheels and the suction head that were not the color of any paint in my house. In addition, the vacuum smelled terrible. My vacuum should not have been returned dirtier than it was when it went into the repair shop.
