About us
Delaware Valley Field Services aka (DVFS) is a full service property preservation company serving the mortgage field service industry. DVFS is an LLC corporation registered with the state of Delaware. DVFS is fully insured with general liability coverage, errors and omissions coverage, non-owned automobile coverage, and workers’ compensation coverage. Delaware Valley Field Services was founded in 2003 by its current owner Ray Saccomandi. The focus of DVFS is to prepare REO homes for listing as expeditiously as possible. DVFS services the entire state of Delaware and Philadelphia and Delaware counties in the state of Pennsylvania.

Services we offer
DVFS is a full service company who performs initial services on all REO properties’. DVFS performs all preservation tasks including but not limited to securing properties, winterizing properties, debris removal, janitorial services, and boarding unsecure properties. DVFS will also handle cash for key requests, evictions, and personal property storage. DVFS also repairs and performs full rehabs on your REO assets. DVFS abides by all HUD and FHA preservation standards
