Well and Pump Service, Sewer Cleaning
Jack did an excellent job with replacing the sewer pump. He offered helpful advice in diagnosing the issue and selecting the pump. After the job was done, he even sent his guys over again to install a second valve with no charge to fix a minor issue. Thank you, Jack, for a wonderful job!!!!

Drain Pipe Installation
Jack came and took a look at the problem and was back the next morning with a helper to do the job. They did a great job. They put sheets of plywood on the ground to catch all the mud they had to dig out, to protect the surrounding area. He also showed me the old piece of pipe, which was the problem, due to a previous, "shoddy" repair. And when the job was done, he was very responsive to my concern about "no"" cold water pressure. He checked all faucets and made sure everything was back to normal, before he left.

It seemed to be going well. Then when he finished the install; he advised me that my new sprayer wasn't working. He actually told me a need a new part, but he couldn't explained what was wrong. He was waiting for me to say okay. I didn't and he finally realized what the problem was and fixed it. But then I noticed that he took the tool that came with the faucet I bought. SMH

Work was competed with no major issues. Only issues I have is that they were not ready for leaking water, had no buckets or rags to catch water from pipes. They also left black marks without cleaning it.

The estimate was way overpriced for the work needed. The person who came wanted to do work that I didn't feel was necessary.

I claimed an Angie's list deal to get the job done. The claim was somewhat misleading in that there was a $35 dollar dispatch fee that wasn't disclosed until after the deal was claimed. However, the job was scheduled for the next morning, and the plumber showed up on time and got the job done quickly and well. I especially like that as soon as the person is sent, you receive a text from the dispatcher with his name and photo so that you know who to look for.

The pipe replacement went very well. The backhoe operator did an excellent job digging the two trenches and replacing the soil. I want to thank Tyler Miller and his crew for doing a great job and for working on a cold and damp day.

This was the only one who guaranteed same day service. The technician arrived within the specified time frame. The technician had to run a snake through a nearly horizontal section of the drain pipe to clear the clog. The technician originally suspected a grease build up but the clog turned out be be caused by decades of sediment build up in that section of pipe.
