I requested estimate for bathroom pipe leak remediation. Charged $65 for visit. Charged $300 to make 'access' hole in my ceiling. i.e.) Made an existing large hole even larger and still could not provide full quote to resolve issue. Instead, provided quote of $3500 for 'additional demo work' which would then determine forthcoming estimate to rectify leak. Out $365 with no resolution and no guidance on total cost. Went with DJ Contractors of Philadelphia instead. No fee for site visit. Replaced bad copper with Pex in 3hrs (no more leaks) buttoned up in 2 visits with vanity replacement included and well beneath what Delaware Plumbing charged.

Ryan and Anthony was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and friendly . Ryan explained what he would be doing and once him and Anthony was finished. Ryan took his time to explain what was done and demonstrated how to turn on and off new valves. In addition, explained the warranty before leaving. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family and also return for further services if needed. It was definitely a pleasure working with these young men today. Please note I am a skeptic, so it means a lot me taking the time out to write this review

Called in the morning and they were able to get Brandon H. out to replace our garbage disposal by noon. What a wonderful experience!! Brandon explained what he was going to do, the cost of the job and how long it would take. He was done on time and the disposal worked perfectly. Could not have asked for a better experience! Thanks Brandon!! We will definitely use Delaware Plumbing again

Super! Jon was punctual and professional when he responded to our call, which was handled very quickly. He provided a clear, concise estimate, and returned the next morning to perform the work, after ordering and picking up the necessary parts and supplies. Miles assisted Jon, and together they efficiently completed the job ahead of schedule. We sure appreciated Jon's easy going personable and professional nature; he was very good at communicating and keeping me informed as to the progress he was making throughout the project. Two thumbs way up!! The guys made a great team, and seemed to be well suited to working together. Good craftsmen who are willing to work are tough to find nowadays, but you've got a couple to hold onto.

It went great. Ryan and Nate were dispatched to my home today for a plumbing repair. I received a text notification notifying me that they would be arriving soon along with a picture of the technician. Both technicians were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable.
