The Delaware Plumbing Professionals (DPP) that installed my products were Ryan and Anthony. I was very happy with the products and services provided to me. Here are things I want to express in no particular order. 1. Ryan/Anthony were on time. 2. They answered all of my questions. 3. I feel good knowing that my water hardness has decreased and the amount of chlorine in my water is less. (Artesian adds a lot of chlorine.) 4. I now get suds when I shampoo my hair. 5. My water tastes better. 6. I don't get orange rings in my toilet. 7. Ryan/Anthony are nice guys and a pleasure to talk to. 8. I was not pressured into buying anything. 9. I am definitely going to call DPP the next time I have a plumbing issue/need. 10. I will recommend DPP to my friends and family. Thank you, Alfred (Chad) Alspach

It went great. Joe showed up on time, quickly evaluated the work that needed to be done, provided his expert opinion and a quote and 5 hours later the work was done and he was gone. Very nice guy and clearly new what he was doing and talking about. Would definitely hire again.

Excellent work! 2.5 hours start to finish, replaced poly line with copper, trench was filled back in and I barely notice that it was dug (sod put back and all). Foundation was sealed back up perfectly. Really friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable technicians. Thank you DPP!!!

Amazing! Ryan, our service guy, was wonderful and friendly. He kept me on point every step of the way and offered options that had different price points and their pros and cons. These guys were great. Listened to my concerns about them destroying my yard and they took extra measures to make sure that didn’t happen. A few spots got a little messed up but overall way better then I anticipated. Great guys and communication was excellent

I received 2 phone calls from different numbers. Messages both times left a phone number different from the caller's. When I called those numbers that were left on my voicemail, a recorded voice said, "Goodbye" and disconnected. That's it. This company is a scam.

Amazing! The crew was on-site within 3 hours of my 8:00 AM phone call to replace my sump pump. My sump pump runs every 15 minutes, on a dry day, so it was critical to get expedited service and Delaware Plumbing Professionals were fantastic! Highly recommend

Easy job less than an hour, charged over $300! As a first time user and a senior citizen they took off $15. Job was done well, but being on a fixed income it was way overpriced. I saw ads for $99 and felt foolish paying three times more! Talked to one of their supervisors and got no satisfaction.

"They do such FANTASTIC WORK! They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, prompt, Organized and communicated very well. They have an amazing team from the owner/management to the individuals that completed the work. I thoroughly recommend them and have to several neighbors already! The price was a third of the other estimates I received from companies using the same pull technique where they install the new pipe through the old pipe and pull the old lines out. The end results were as if nobody ever touched the yard. They replaced all the dirt and even the grass section they cut out for access to the line. Such a FANTASTIC JOB! "

Water Pumps
When call DPP was made an appointment was confirmed for work to be done the next day. The service man (Ryan Carmean) arrived on time and earlier in the time window than expected. I was notified of his arrival by text message that included his picture and a brief introduction. He was polite, assessed the job quickly and presented a reasonable quote. He had all necessary parts and equipment with him and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was very please with his work. I will definitely use Delaware Plumbing Professional again when I need any plumbing work done.

Drain Pipe Installation
This company did a phenomenal job! They replaced our main water line, and did excellent, quality work! They were prompt, they were prepared for COVID, they also put drop cloths down so that they wouldn't dirty the carpet! They took extra care not to mess up the yard by putting down plywood too. They were efficient and did a marvelous job. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again! One of my neighbors used them for indoor bathroom plumbing repair and said the same thing. They are also reasonably priced!

Water Heater Service
I looked requested quotes from several plumbers to have our water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater. One of the companies just gave a quote for a after having me take photos of the existing water heater, and the quote was for simply a replacement, not what I wanted. Another company came out after several days and said it would be awhile before they could do it because they were so busy. This was two weeks ago. Still no quote. Jon from Delaware Plumbing Professionals was out the morning after the day we called and after looking at what we had, gave us a quote right then. We waited a bit for the other quotes, and decided to go with Delaware Plumbing Professionals. Jon and his apprentice, Nick, were here as scheduled and got the job done. The installation took quite a while, but is very nicely done. They covered the floor and were careful to not make a mess. Now I have lots of hot water. Once the installation was done, Jon showed me where all the shutoff valves and controls for the water heater were. I'm very happy with the job they did. I've used this company before for a faucet replacement on an Angie's List deal and was happy with it as well. It was one reason why I decided to go with them again. I really like that just before they arrive, you get both an email and a text message telling you they are on the way, and both include a photo of the person coming, so you know who to expect and are comfortable letting them in the door. It's just an added safety measure that adds to my satisfaction.

Drain Pipe Installation
DPP was amazing. We had a plumming emergency that turned out to be caused by a crack in our sewer line underneath of our home. As new homeowners, this was very stressful and discouraging. DPP came out quickly, identified the problem, and quoted us more fairly and affordable than any other company. They were also very helpful when it came to making an insurance claim. They provided all the neccessary documents and information. They educated us and answered all of our questions. They did the work very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be a life long customer.

I had called for an estimate. Unfortunately I wasn't home when they had arrived to my home. My daughter, who's only 15 years old, along with my mother were. They had her signed paperwork for the job to get done. She is 15 years old! She called me to figure out a payment for their job. When I told her and them that it was just an estimate visit only, they removed the new pipe and left. I came home to my carpet filled with water, my old pipe missing and a clog sink because they decided to dump the water from my old pipe unto my sink. I called and filed a complaint. Their only solution was to return my old pipe and leave me with a new hole that wasn't there before.

Drain Cleaning
They performed the work quickly and the guy was nice but the charge was 480 for a clearing a basement accessible drain. Got quotes from other for 150-350~ for clearing the same drain but wouldn’t come out as soon as DE plumbing pros. Seems very overpriced and wouldn’t use again unless I absolutely had to. Their customer service was good and theirs plumbers professional.
