Smooth removal of very large trees. Closed the street and used cherry picker to take the top out without damaging other trees. Great customer service.

The tree removal went extremely well. A crane was required due to the height and location next to power and utility lines. The tree was safely brought down and the area was cleaned up well after the work was completed. The workers were very professional and friendly, and kept me informed, before and after the work.

Excellent! From here out, we will only go to Brandywine Tree & Shrub for tree and plant work. They completed two projects for us and left us highly impressed. Efficiency, punctuality, attention to detail and friendly customer service are qualities they’ve mastered. Regarding one project, we called them the day before to remove a large magnolia from our front yard. They were able to squeeze us in to their schedule and completed the short notice job with high quality and a very pleasant crew. The horticulturists were very helpful in identify what needed tp be dome. The staff did a very good job in pruning for health while raising the canopy and reducing wind sail .

On time when they scheduled an onsite inspection, came the day they scheduled, and all work was completed in one visit. Clean up was perfect and they were very nice to my nosey kids.

We’ve been having Brandywine Tree & Shrub do our tree maintenance for years & they’ve always done excellent work & clean up the area when finished. Have equipment available that others don’t have to do the job right even with HUGE trees. Came out for initial estimate and were here in about 2 weeks to complete the job.Usually we only have tree maintenance done but they also removed debris hanging off edges of our gutter helmets & also removed branches & other tree debris from our roof (2-story home). Cut down 2 trees completely,cleaned up and reduced canopy of three other trees (one HUGE) as well. Removed all debris. HIGHLY recommend-some arborists will butcher your trees-Brandywine Tree & Shrub won’t - they are well trained, courteous, and always do a superb job.

Brandywine was one of three companies I contacted. The first two tried to talk me into a less severe trim. Brandywine understood what I wanted, agreed it would not be harmful to the tree, pointed out the challenges of the wires going from the street to my house, and pointed out that there might be more climbing than equipment use. They did the work in February. It is now June and my tree looks fantastic! It is beautifully shaped and thriving!

After contacting Brandywine Tree Service before 10 AM, I got a call back and was told that they could not come out to do the estimate for another week. That was fine, and the estimate was scheduled for "between 10 and 10:30" on the weekday. Not only did the estimator never show at all, but I never received a call with an explanation. I've been in sales for a long time, and I understand that things happen, but I would always call a client to let them know if I was going to be late or had to reschedule. I would not call this company again.

When you want to get a tree removed, look no further than Brandywine Tree and Shrub. I contacted Mark along with five other companies to get an estimate. Brandywine tree was the lowest bid with a crane. I had gotten two lower bids but those companies were going to do it by hand and they didn’t seem very safe to me. I decided to go with Brandywine Tree and Shrub because of how knowledgeable they were and how well Mark and John explained everything to me. This company worked with me and assured me that the safest way to remove that gigantic tree was with a crane. They were so right, and I felt that I absolutely made the right decision. The tree which belonged to my neighbor was an Oak Tree that stood over a 100 ft. in the air and the huge branches hang dangerously over my roof. The neighbor was not financially able to cut the tree and since it was hanging 80% on my side, I decided it was safer to pay to cut it down than for it to fall and risk the lives of myself, my husband and my kids. For two years since we bought that house, we had anxiety and we were worried sick that the tree was going to fall on our home. Brandywine Tree and Shrub removed the tree in about 9 hours on Tuesday, and by Friday we had a Nor’easter with very high winds. A lot of trees fell in the neighborhood. According to the news, seven people died in the States that were affected and all were because of fallen trees. Two children died while they were asleep in bed. This made me realize that this could have been my family. I am so grateful to Brandywine Tree and Shrub for fitting me in their schedule to remove that monstrous tree. The team was very professional and they worked safely and effectively. They blew all the leaves from my lawn, raked and cleared all the debris and left my yard spotless. My family can finally sleep without worrying about that humongous tree. The place looks so much nicer and we are much safer because of a company that cared and delivered on everything they promised. well organized and cautious arborists removed multiple large limbs from a very large old elm tree in a very confined space, The lawn area in back was accessible only by a narrow alleyway between houses. Cutting was performed without any damage to the fencing and debris chain- sawed into movable pieces.
