Description of Work: I ordered a $70 arrangement. When it arrived to looked like the $50 arrangements that I had seen on line. When I called to complain they offered to send another arrangement or to give me a $35 credit. I felt this was more than fair, but would have preferred to have had the arrangement that I expected delivered.

 + -1 moreMy experience with Boyd's was very positive. The website was easy to navigate.
Description of Work: I live in the midwest and ordered a bouquet from Boyd's website to be delivered to my mother at a senior care facility in Wilmington. Boyd's sent me an email saying the flowers had been delivered on the day I had requested, and my father confirmed this and said the flowers were very pretty.
