 + -1 moreMr. Spence did an excellent job. He is very neat as he works, keeping area under construction organized, swept, etc. His work is very precise.
Description of Work: Replaced three toilets to energy savers. Replaced three bathroom vanities and hardwear. Tiled three bathroom floors. Fixed drywall and painted it. Fixed leak in Shower. Fixed leak in water pipe inside a closet. Fixed leak in outside spigot. Installed Mirrors. Replaced vanity lights. Installed new tub and surround. Layed laminate flooring.

Description of Work: I am currently using Alspec Construction for home repair. I had a flood in my home and they are repairing bathrooms, including plumbing, ceramic work, painting, fixtures and floors.
