It's fantastic in every way they treat the dogs and you can tell that they truly love the animals. When my cockapoo went in, he is very head strong because of the way he was treated as a puppy by previous owners, he calmed right down. When he sees Sarah, the groomer, he literally jumps right into her arms. He's just glad to see her and she's one of the few that can clip his nails without him yanking his paws away. She's very good at what she does and always asks me what I wanted. They give them a report card, basically, to let you know how the dog behaved while they were in there getting groomed. I can get both dogs done with what they call 'top dog grooming' which includes some minor work on the teeth. They do a brush but they don't go after the tartar or anything. One time, they cut the poodle a little too short, because she was too heavy at the time, and she's lost about seven or eight pounds. She looks really good and they took really good care of her. Anybody that makes my dogs happy is fine with me. It's a fair price for what they do. There are a lot of groomers that charge a lot more but we found a fantastic groomer and Sarah and overall, it's a great place to take your dog to have them groomed because you know they're really taken care of. There were a couple of times I've called to bring them in early and change the appointments and they were willing to accommodate.
