The house sold in 3 1/2 weeks. JT helped us through all the paperwork involved with the sale of the house, explained in detail what we didn't understand, and made a stressful time less so. He went above and beyond what my experiences of other realtors have done in the past. He is quite experienced in his field, and has a very kind and caring nature. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell their house.
